Bill-Watch is part of the Namirasoft family of products. We use Namirasoft Account as the single registration gateway for all our apps. You do not need to register separately for each product. By using Bill-Watch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy, which provides full details on data collection, use, and protection.

2.1 Namirasoft Account Registration

To use Bill-Watch, you sign up once via Namirasoft Account. During that process we collect:

• Phone number

• Date of birth

• Country of residence

This information establishes your single, secure access to Bill-Watch and all other Namirasoft products. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for notifying us of any unauthorized access.

2.2 Bill-Watch Usage Data

When you connect your cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) through our Credential service, we collect:

• Billing and usage history

• Custom rule configurations (thresholds, alert types)

• Timestamps of usage checks

This data powers real-time monitoring and alerts.

2.3 Device and Interaction Data

As you use Bill-Watch we collect:

• IP address

• Browser or device type

• Operating system and version

• Pages viewed and actions taken

• Session timestamps

2.4 Support & Feedback

If you contact us for support or feedback, we collect the information you provide to resolve your issue and improve our Services.
