Methods of Collection:
You control the quantity and types of data sent to Namirasoft Bill Watch through your configuration of watches, rules, and alert preferences. Data is collected via integrations with your cloud providers using Namirasoft Credential, with sensitive information encrypted using Namirasoft Secret. Integrations may be provided by Namirasoft or third-party services, and their functionality and security can be independently reviewed.

Location of Data
Your cloud billing data remains hosted on your cloud provider’s infrastructure. Namirasoft personnel or third-party service personnel may access data only as necessary to provide support, maintain the Service, or deliver notifications.
Security of Data
Privacy, security, and confidentiality are integral to Namirasoft Bill Watch. Measures include:

4. Alerts and Notifications
Namirasoft Bill Watch generates alerts when anomalies or cost conditions are detected. These alerts are first sent to a Topic within Namirasoft Notification Sender. From there, the Topic forwards the alerts to your configured Subscribers. Each Subscriber passes the alerts into the delivery channels you have set up, including Namirasoft SMS Sender, Email Sender, Telegram Sender, Slack Sender and/or Teams Sender services, depending on your selected preferences.
In this way, the services work together so that every alert created in Namirasoft Bill Watch is processed through Namirasoft Notification Sender and reaches you through the channels you have chosen.
