3. How will I receive alerts?

Namirasoft Bill Watch uses Namirasoft Notification Sender to deliver alerts. When a watch is triggered, the alert is sent through a Topic to your configured Subscriber, which forwards it to your chosen platform. Currently supported senders include the following Namirasoft products: SMS Sender, Email Sender, Telegram Sender, Slack Sender and Teams Sender, with more being added based on user needs.

4. How is my data protected?

We Use Namirasoft Secret and Namirasoft Credential applications to establish secure, encrypted connections to your cloud platforms. These tools ensure your cloud access is protected with strong encryption and handled according to strict security practices.

5. Is there a free trial?

Yes! Namirasoft Bill Watch offers a 2-week free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, you only pay based on how much you use. Visit our Pricing page for more details.

Not at all. Namirasoft Bill Watch is designed for everyone. We guide you through the setup process step by step, and once configured, the app works automatically in the background.

2. What happens after I sign up?

After signing up on Namirasoft Account, you’ll be guided through the setup process. We’ll help you connect your cloud platform and configure your first Watch in the Namirasoft Bill Watch Console. Our interface makes it easy to start monitoring costs and receive alerts.

3. How does Namirasoft Bill Watch know when to send an alert?

Namirasoft Bill Watch checks your usage on a daily basis against the rules you've defined. If something exceeds your set thresholds or behaves abnormally, an alert is triggered.

4. How will I receive alerts?

Namirasoft Bill Watch uses Namirasoft Notification Sender app to deliver alerts. 1. How does pricing work?

Your first 3 Watches are free. When you need more than 3, you pay for each additional Active Watch. See the pricing table for each cloud's price.

2. Do I need a subscription or payment card to get started?

No. You can create up to 3 Watches with full access to every feature, with no subscription and no payment card.

3. What counts as a Watch?

A Watch is one monitoring setup for a single cloud account. It defines which costs to track, the Rules that flag anomalies, and where alerts are sent.

4. What happens when I create more than 3 Watches?

The additional Active Watches are billed by their cloud. See the pricing table for details.

5. What happens when I set a Watch to Inactive?

It is not billed and keeps all its settings, so you only pay for the Watches you keep Active.

6. When will I be charged, and can I cancel?

Charges apply only when you keep Active Watches beyond your first 3. You can cancel anytime in the Namirasoft Payment Console, billed only up to the cancellation moment.

7. Is there a minimum or maximum price?

There is no base cost. You only pay for additional Active Watches, each with a maximum monthly price shown in the pricing table.
