PLEASE NOTE: YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO NAMIRASOFT TEAMS SENDER (“SERVICES”) ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY.

 

Welcome to Namirasoft Teams Sender. Please read these terms carefully to understand the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). If you have questions or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact Support.

 

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with all Terms. These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Services. They incorporate the Teams Sender Privacy Policy and other service-specific terms by reference.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect updates to the Services or applicable laws. When revisions occur, we will notify you through email or in-product messages. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

 

Account Registration: You must register and log in using your Namirasoft Account.
Registration, authentication, and related data are governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

3. Sending Messages via Microsoft Teams

Namirasoft Teams Sender allows you to send messages through Microsoft Teams by using your Azure Credential ID and Token. You are responsible for ensuring that the Azure credentials and Teams IDs (including Channel IDs) you provide are valid and have the required permissions for sending messages. Namirasoft does not access your Teams account beyond what is necessary for message delivery and does not store unrelated messages or conversations.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use Namirasoft Teams Sender to deliver automated or manual messages to authorized Teams channels.

You must not:

  • Use the service to send spam, threats, or unauthorized messages.

  • Interfere with the operation of Microsoft Teams or other users.

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the source code.

  • Violate local, provincial, or federal laws.

  • Share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

5. Integration with Other Namirasoft Services

Namirasoft Teams Sender supports both automated and manual delivery of messages. It can receive automated messages from Namirasoft Notification Sender or be used directly by the user through the Namirasoft Teams Sender Console.

 

When integrated with Namirasoft Notification Sender, messages are triggered based on conditions defined in that system. All routing logic, triggers, and delivery rules are managed by Namirasoft Notification Sender and follow Namirasoft Notification Sender Terms of Service.

 

Namirasoft Teams Sender relies on Microsoft Teams API and your internet connection for message transmission. While we design our system for reliability, we do not control third-party systems such as Microsoft Teams and cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery in all circumstances.

6. Reliability and availability

Namirasoft Teams Sender is built for dependable message delivery using Microsoft Teams API. However, factors like Teams API performance, workspace restrictions, or network conditions may affect message delivery. These factors are outside Namirasoft’s control.

7. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through the Namirasoft Account.

 

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for legal/regulatory compliance.

 

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data will be managed in accordance with Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Namirasoft Teams Sender and all related software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Namirasoft or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers

Namirasoft Teams Sender and all features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee message delivery, timing, or system availability due to reliance on third-party infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams and internet connectivity.

 

Users are responsible for how they configure and use the service, including Azure Credentials and bot tokens, Teams IDs, Channel IDs, and connected systems. Nothing in this section affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

 

If you are using the service free of charge, Namirasoft’s total liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any infringement by you of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.

13. General Terms

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

 

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

 

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Namirasoft regarding Teams Sender.
