This Privacy Policy describes how Namirasoft (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access and use the Namirasoft Teams Sender service.
Namirasoft Teams Sender enables you to deliver messages via your own verified Teams account and Azure credentials. This service may be used independently or as part of the broader Namirasoft platform.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Namirasoft Teams Sender. For information about Namirasoft’s broader data practices, refer to the Namirasoft Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Commitment
Namirasoft is committed to transparency and user trust. We collect only what is necessary, secure it responsibly, and give you control over your data.
This policy is intended to explain:

Why and how we collect it
-
How the information is used and stored
-
Your choices and rights
1. Information We Collect
Namirasoft Teams Sender collects limited data to provide core functionality and diagnostics. We do not collect or access your personal Teams account messages or private conversations.
Information You Provide
-
Azure Credential ID
The Azure Credential ID is required to authenticate your Microsoft Teams account and allow Namirasoft Teams Sender to send messages. It is stored securely and encrypted. (See: How to create Azure Credential ID.)
-
Azure Credential Token
The Azure Credential Token provides authentication for your Teams account and ensures messages are sent through a verified account. It is stored securely and encrypted. (See: How to create Azure Credential Token.)
-
Microsoft Teams ID
The Microsoft Teams ID identifies your Teams workspace and is necessary for sending messages to the correct environment. It is stored securely and encrypted. (See: How to find Microsoft Teams ID.)
-
Channel ID
The Channel ID specifies the Teams channel where messages will be delivered. It ensures messages reach the intended destination. (See: How to find Microsoft Teams channel ID)

This is the body of the message you send through the service.
Metadata and Logging
We collect technical and operational metadata, such as:
- Message timestamps
- Teams ID and Channel ID
- Delivery status and API response codes
- Message length
We do not store and analyze message content beyond what is necessary for delivery and logging.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate and send messages on your behalf using your Teams credentials
- Route messages accurately to specified Teams channels
- Display delivery results in your message Reports
- Diagnose and resolve delivery or system issues
Namirasoft does not use your message content for profiling, targeting, or advertising purposes.
3. Message Logging and Retention
Namirasoft stores limited, non-sensitive logs for internal monitoring and user-facing diagnostics. This includes:
-
The time a message was sent
-
Azure Credential ID and Teams ID
-
Length of message

Delivery status
Logs are retained for a limited period and may be extended for troubleshooting if necessary. You can manually delete message records or remove entire Providers from the Console at any time.
4. Provider Verification and Access Control
Every Teams Provider must be explicitly verified before messages can be sent through it. Unverified Providers cannot be used.
Access to your Namirasoft Teams Sender console and settings is controlled through Namirasoft Access, our centralized permission and access system. Only authorized users can view or manage messages and data under your account.
Sharing your Namirasoft Account credentials (e.g., username or password) is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
5. Security Practices
Namirasoft applies strong technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your data. These include:
-
Encrypted storage of Azure credentials
-
Secure transport (TLS) for message content
-
Role-based access control
-
Internal auditing and event logging
We continually monitor and update our systems to align with industry best practices.
6. Integration with Namirasoft Notification Sender
Namirasoft Teams Sender may be triggered automatically by Namirasoft Notification Sender. In such cases, it acts as a delivery mechanism only. Message content and any associated privacy obligations are governed by Namirasoft Notification Sender Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Communications (Microsoft Teams)
Messages sent via Namirasoft Teams Sender are transmitted through Microsoft Teams’ API infrastructure and are subject to Microsoft’s privacy and data handling policies. For more information, refer to Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Namirasoft does not control or assume responsibility for how Microsoft Teams handles messages after they are delivered.
