Namirasoft Password (referred to as the “Service”) is owned and provided by Namira Software Corporation (referred to as “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of Namirasoft Password, including its web console and browser extension. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them in full, as they affect your rights and obligations.

1. Namirasoft Account Terms of Service

Namirasoft Password operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

You must have a Namirasoft Account to access and use Namirasoft Password. Your account allows you to manage entries, generate passwords, use templates, and access the browser extension.

3. Use of Service

Purpose: Namirasoft Password is designed to securely manage, organize, and store your credentials. The browser extension enables you to access your vault, auto-load saved credentials, generate new passwords using templates, and save new entries while browsing.

Restrictions: Misuse of the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security, or interfering with system integrity, is prohibited.

4. Age Restrictions

The Service is not available to individuals under 18 years of age. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18. Accounts of users under 18 will be terminated.

5. Data and Security

Namirasoft Password follows Zero Trust architecture. Your Master Password is never stored on our servers, and only encrypted data is saved, which can only be unlocked with your Master Password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Master Password.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for correctly managing your entries, templates, and access to the browser extension. You must comply with all applicable laws and avoid any actions that could compromise security.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Namirasoft Account credentials. Namirasoft cannot be held liable for unauthorized access due to user error or sharing of credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of Namirasoft Password are the property of Namirasoft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Service without prior written permission.

9. Service Disclaimer

Unless otherwise expressly stated by Namirasoft, the Services, materials, and any content, services, or features made available in conjunction with or through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Users are responsible for how they configure and interpret the Service outputs, including managing access credentials, creating entries, templates, and using monitoring or security features.

10. Termination

Namirasoft may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the browser extension and console may be revoked.

11. Changes to Terms and Service Availability

Namirasoft may update these Terms or modify the Service to enhance functionality or strengthen security. Users will be notified through email and/or announcements on the website whenever changes are made. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
