Namirasoft Password (referred to as the “Service”) is owned and provided by Namira Software Corporation (referred to as “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Namirasoft is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (referred to as the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use Namirasoft Password, including the web console and browser extension. Please read this Privacy Policy in full to understand how we handle your data.

1. Namirasoft Account Requirement

Access to Namirasoft Password requires a Namirasoft Account. You must register for or log in through Namirasoft Account to use the Service. Your account information is used to authenticate your identity and provide access to your vault, entries, groups, templates, and other features. All data handling is subject to the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service. This includes:

• Account Information: Your Namirasoft Account email and credentials required for authentication.

• Vault Data: Entries, usernames, passwords, templates, and groups, which are stored in encrypted form.

• Usage Data: Anonymous data on how you interact with the Service to monitor functionality, improve features, and maintain security.

We DO NOT collect your Master Password. 

3. Use of Information

The information you provide is used solely to deliver Namirasoft Password features, including:

• Accessing and managing your vault and saved credentials 

• Synchronizing entries between the web console and browser extension 

• Auto-loading credentials, generating passwords using templates, and saving new entries 

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

Namirasoft Password follows Zero Trust architecture. Your Master Password is NEVER stored on our servers. Only an encrypted cipher is saved, which can only be unlocked with your Master Password. All entries, groups, and templates remain encrypted at all times. Users are responsible for keeping their Namirasoft Account credentials secure.

5. Data Sharing

Namirasoft Password does NOT share user data with third parties. We may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting or security purposes, but all personnel with access to your information are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Integrity and Responsibility

The Service processes entries, templates, and vault configurations exactly as defined by the user. Namirasoft is not responsible for errors caused by user actions or misconfigurations. You are responsible for managing and monitoring your data appropriately.

7. Your Rights and Controls

You may access, update, or delete your entries, groups, and templates at any time through the console. You are responsible for managing your Master Password and vault access.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

Namirasoft may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or security practices. When changes occur, we will notify users via email or website announcements. Your continued use of Namirasoft Password after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the updates, you must stop using the Service.
