Namirasoft Field (referred to as the “Service”) is owned and provided by Namira Software Corporation (referred to as “Namirasoft”/“we”/“us”/“our”).

2. Account Registration

You must be registered in Namirasoft Account to access and use Namirasoft Field. You can create or log into your account via Namirasoft Account. This account is necessary to manage all your products and services.

By registering, you agree to comply with Namirasoft Account Terms of Service.

3. Age Restrictions

Our Terms of Service prohibit individuals under 18 years old from using the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use our products or services or provide any personal information to us. By using our products or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account and is using our products or services, we will terminate the account and delete any personal or non-personal information associated with it. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 18, please contact Support immediately.

4. Data Integrity

The categories and fields created within Namirasoft Field are accurate. Namirasoft does not take responsibility for any errors resulting from user actions within our products. The service is intended solely to streamline data categorization and handling.

5. Payment & Billing

Payment for Namirasoft Field takes place through Namirasoft Payment. All billing, invoicing, and financial transactions are governed by the Namirasoft Payment Terms of Service.

6. Your Responsibilities

As the account owner, you are solely responsible for managing the categories and fields within your account. You must ensure that the data categorization and handling in Namirasoft Field complies with all applicable laws and does not violate Namirasoft’s policies.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including adding categories and fields to the Namirasoft products you are using. Namirasoft is not liable for any unauthorized actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service (including software, design, and tradename) remain the exclusive property of Namirasoft. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent from Namirasoft.

9. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use Namirasoft Field solely for data organization and categorization purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the Service.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access restricted areas of the Service.

10. Liability

Namirasoft is not liable for any damages or data loss that may occur while using Namirasoft Field. We strive to ensure the service runs smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
