PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES (DEFINED BELOW) ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.
Welcome to Bill Watch. Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services and applications (collectively, the “Services”). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact our Support.
These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Namira Soft Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us” or “our”). You must agree to and accept all of these Terms, or you do not have the right to use or access the Services. Your use of the Services in any way signifies your agreement to these Terms, which remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document and those in our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
1. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
- Account Registration: You must register and log in using your Namirasoft Account.
Registration, authentication, and related data are governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.
3. Access to Billing Information
To monitor your billing activity, Bill Watch accesses your cloud billing platforms through the Namirasoft Credential service, which secures your credentials using Namirasoft Secret encryption.
You grant permission during setup.

4. Pricing, Trials, and Billing

Free Trial: Your first 7 days are free; enjoy full access with no charge.

Pay-As-You-Go Pricing:
After the trial, Bill Watch charges based on your actual usage. For more information, see Pricing Page.
You can switch between Active and Inactive modes at any time.
Charges are calculated hourly, offering a flexible, cost-effective model.

Payments:
Payments are processed through Namirasoft Payment.
Bill Watch does not directly store or handle your payment information.
Please review the Namirasoft Payment Privacy Policy for further details. -
Automatic Billing:
After the trial, your registered payment method will be charged automatically based on usage.
You can cancel any time without penalties; you only pay for the usage up to the point of cancellation.
5. Use of the Service
Permitted Use:
You may use Bill Watch solely for your internal business or personal financial monitoring.
Restrictions:
You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
- Circumvent security features.
- Use automated tools to interfere with Bill Watch.
- Violate applicable laws.
- Share your account credentials.
6. Alerts and Notifications
Bill Watch sends alerts through Namirasoft Email Sender, SMS Sender, Telegram Sender and/or Slack Sender services, based on your selected preferences.
Delivery reliability depends on external factors such as carriers and internet providers, and Namirasoft is not liable for any delivery failures.

7. Termination

By You:
You can cancel your subscription through Namirasoft Payment or delete your account any time through the Namirasoft Account. -
By Us:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or as required by law. -
Effect of Termination:
Your access to Bill Watch will end, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Bill Watch, its design, functionality, software, and content are owned by Namirasoft or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service; no ownership rights are transferred.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
NAMIRASOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMIRASOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Bill Watch, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
13. General Terms

Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining parts remain effective.

Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and related Namirasoft service terms (Account, Credential, Secret, Payment, Sender services), form the complete agreement between you and Namirasoft regarding Bill Watch.
