Namirasoft Access (referred to as the “Service”) is owned and provided by Namira Software Corporation (referred to as “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of Namirasoft Access. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them in full, as they affect your legal rights and obligations

1. Namirasoft Account Terms of Service

Namirasoft Access operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account and adheres to the terms set forth in the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. By using this Service, you agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service, which cover authentication, security, and data handling. Please review the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Account Registration

You must be registered in Namirasoft Account to access and use Namirasoft Access. You can create or log into your account via Namirasoft Account. This account is necessary to manage all your products and services.

By registering, you agree to comply with Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Service

Purpose: Namirasoft Access is intended for configuring and managing permissions, policies, and roles across Namirasoft products. It enables account owners to delegate access to other users with Namirasoft Accounts.

Restrictions: Misuse of the Service, including attempts to grant unauthorized access, escalate privileges, bypass security, or interfere with system integrity, is strictly prohibited.

Permissions: You are solely responsible for assigning, reviewing, and revoking permissions within your account. (Permissions can only be granted to email addresses associated with valid Namirasoft Accounts.)

4. Age Restrictions

The Service is not available to individuals under 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 is using the Service, we will terminate the account and delete associated information as required. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 18, please contact Support.

5. Data Integrity

The Service creates and applies permissions strictly according to the configurations set by the account owner. Namirasoft cannot be held liable for misconfigurations or unintended outcomes caused by user-defined settings. The Service is designed to provide reliable and precise permission management.

6. Your Responsibilities

As the account owner, you are solely responsible for managing roles, policies, and permissions in your account. You must ensure that any delegation of access complies with applicable laws and does not violate Namirasoft policies.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Namirasoft Account credentials and for the consequences of access you grant to others. Namirasoft cannot be held responsible for unauthorized actions taken by users to whom you have granted access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, infrastructure, and related materials of Namirasoft Access are the intellectual property of Namirasoft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without Namirasoft’s prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Namirasoft Access is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including those arising from misconfiguration of roles, policies, or permissions, or from unauthorized access due to user error.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Namirasoft Access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, all roles, policies, and permissions associated with your account may be revoked.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Service. No monetary or equitable remedies shall be available against Namirasoft in connection with the Service.

13. Changes to Terms and Service Availability

Namirasoft may update these Terms or modify the Service to enhance functionality, strengthen security, or comply with applicable laws.

If changes occur, users will be notified through email and/or announcements on the website. Unless otherwise required by law, changes will take effect 30 days after notice is provided. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you should discontinue use of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
