Namirasoft Workspace (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Namirasoft Workspace. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Namirasoft Workspace.
1. Account Registration and Namirasoft Account
To use Namirasoft Workspace, you must have a valid Namirasoft Account, which provides unified access to all Namirasoft products and services.
Your Namirasoft Account serves as the foundation for managing your workspaces, projects, and associated data across the Namirasoft ecosystem. By creating or using a Namirasoft Account, you also agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy.
When registering an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.
You are not permitted to use another person’s account or share access credentials without authorization. Namirasoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms or the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
When using Namirasoft Workspace, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws.

Ensure that all data stored or managed within your workspace complies with relevant privacy, data protection, and security regulations.

Refrain from using the Service to transmit or store malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.

Respect the privacy, rights, and operations of other users within the Namirasoft ecosystem.
Namirasoft reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
3. Age Restrictions
Namirasoft Workspace is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that an individual under 18 has created an account or used the Service, we will immediately terminate the account and remove any related data, except where retention is legally required.
If you believe that we may have collected information from or about a minor, please contact support.
4. Data Ownership and Processing Rights
Namirasoft Workspace provides a controlled environment where users can create and manage organizational spaces to access and use Namirasoft applications and related services.
You retain ownership of the information, configuration settings, and identifiers that are created or managed within your workspace. By using Namirasoft Workspace, you grant Namirasoft a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store this information solely for the purpose of delivering, maintaining, and improving the Service.
Namirasoft retains full ownership of all software, systems, interfaces, databases, and underlying technologies that power Namirasoft Workspace. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from Namirasoft to you or to any third party.
Namirasoft may aggregate and anonymize usage data across workspaces for analytical, operational, or service-improvement purposes, provided that such data cannot be used to identify individual users or organizations.
5. Service Availability and Maintenance
Namirasoft ensures that the Service is provided with a high standard of reliability and performance. Regular updates and maintenance are conducted to keep the Service secure and operating efficiently.
Namirasoft is dedicated to maintaining continuous availability and takes all reasonable measures to provide users with a stable and dependable experience.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMIRASOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Suspension and Termination
Namirasoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at its discretion if a user violates these Terms, engages in unauthorized activity, or acts in a manner that may compromise the security, stability, or proper operation of the Service.
Users may remove additional workspaces at any time through the Workspace Console; however, at least one default workspace will always remain associated with the account.
If a user wishes to permanently delete all data associated with their account, they must submit an account deletion request through their Namirasoft Account console. Once submitted, Namirasoft will process the request and remove all related data in accordance with applicable legal and operational obligations.
8. Changes to the Terms
Namirasoft may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made, we will notify users by email and/or through in-app notifications within Namirasoft Workspace. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise specified.
By continuing to use the Service after changes are communicated, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using Namirasoft Workspace.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
