Namirasoft Workspace (“the Service”) is operated by Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Namirasoft collects, uses, and protects information when you access Namirasoft Workspace.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Namirasoft Account Requirement

Namirasoft Workspace requires a valid Namirasoft Account. Namirasoft Account serves as the identity, authentication, and account management system used throughout the Namirasoft ecosystem.

Registration, authentication, account verification, account security, account access, and related account functionality are governed by Namirasoft Account and its applicable terms, policies, and notices.

Information collected, used, processed, disclosed, stored, transferred, or otherwise handled through Namirasoft Account is subject to the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which should be reviewed separately.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy modifies, replaces, limits, or expands the information practices described in the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Namirasoft Workspace collects only the information necessary to operate and maintain your Workspace environment, including:

  • Account information: Your Namirasoft Account identifier and authentication details.
  • Workspace information: Workspace name, description, tags, and associated configurations.
  • Usage information: Non-personal technical data for system operations and performance monitoring, including logs and request metadata.

Namirasoft Workspace does not collect or store user-generated files or application data created within other Namirasoft products.

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used solely to:

  • Provide and maintain Workspace functionality.
  • Manage workspace configuration and user access.
  • Improve service reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Protection and Security

Namirasoft implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to system data is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by internal confidentiality and data-handling policies.

The organization continuously monitors and enhances its infrastructure to maintain strong security and service reliability.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Workspace and related configuration data remain active as long as your Namirasoft Account is active. Additional workspaces can be removed from the Workspace Console; however, one default workspace always remains linked to your account.

To permanently delete all account-related data, including Workspace information, request deletion of your Namirasoft Account through the Namirasoft Account console. Once verified, the account and all associated data will be securely removed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. International Data Processing

Namirasoft may process and store information in data centers located outside your country of residence. Regardless of processing location, the organization maintains the same level of protection and confidentiality standards globally.

All legal matters arising from or related to this Privacy Policy fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Namirasoft may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When updates occur, users will be notified through the Service interface or by email.

Continued use of Namirasoft Workspace after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
