Account Registration

To access Namirasoft Payment, you must register for an account through Namirasoft Account. You can create or log into your account via Namirasoft Account. This account is necessary to manage all your products and services and pay for the products you use.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website, i.e. the service it provides.

Payment Methods

1. One-Time Payment (Purchase) 

Customers can make one-time payments for individual invoices using the available payment methods on the platform. In this method, customers make a single payment and then they typically receive the product or service.

2. Subscription Payment

A subscription payment involves regular, recurring payments made by a customer to access a product or service. In Namirasoft, subscription payment method is categorized into:

a. Optional Subscription

In this method, customers subscribe to some products and they have the option to cancel the subscription at any time they wish, and we will also cancel the customers’ use of the product at the end of the settled time.

b. Mandatory Subscription

Certain products may require a mandatory subscription for access. This subscription ensures continuous access to specific features of the products. In this method, customers can not cancel the subscription, because this is a Pay-as-You-Go model of payment and the amount they have to pay is measured after a certain period of time or amount of use (money).

Attention to Payment Methods

The difference between the payment methods above is because of the difference between the products. For some products, your amount of usage can be measured, or you will set it yourself at the beginning, and for some it can not, so we will set a certain period of time or amount(money). When your usage reaches that time or amount, we will withdraw the money from the account you have subscribed.

Keep in mind that for the third payment method mentioned above, mandatory subscription, under no circumstances can you cancel your subscription in the middle of your usage of our product, because you have not paid for it yet.

Age Restriction

Our Terms of Service prohibit individuals under 18 years old from using the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use our products or services or provide any personal information to us. By using our products or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account and is using our products or services, we will terminate the account and delete any personal or non-personal information associated with it. The payment records provided by Namirasoft Payment are accurate and permanent. Namirasoft does not take responsibility for any errors resulting from user actions within our other products. However, we are committed to maintaining the integrity of all payments recorded by Namirasoft Payment.

All intellectual property rights related to the Payment website and service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and any associated materials, belong to Namira Software Corporation or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission from Namira Software Corporation. Any unauthorized use or infringement of the intellectual property rights may result in legal consequences.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Namirasoft shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of revenues, loss of profits, loss of data or information, loss of business, or any kind of intangible losses arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your own remedy for any dissatisfaction and dispute with the Service is to stop using it.
