- Transactional Data: We receive limited details about your payment transactions. This includes the date and time of the payment, the amount, the currency, the associated invoice, and the identifier of the payment gateway used.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal data only for purposes directly related to operating Namirasoft Payment and to meet our legal obligations:
- Provide and Operate the Service: We process your information to complete subscription and payment transactions. This includes charging your selected payment method, issuing invoices, recording payment history, and maintaining subscription records so that you can access Namirasoft’s paid products.
- Customer Support and Communication: We use your contact details to answer billing-related inquiries, send payment confirmations and important account notices, and provide assistance when you request support.
- Fraud Prevention and Security: We process personal and transactional data to detect and prevent fraudulent activity or misuse of the Payment service. This may involve monitoring payment activity and verifying identity when necessary.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We retain billing and payment records for the period required by law, including tax, accounting, and audit obligations. Where applicable, we may verify customer identity to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Service Maintenance and Improvement: We may use aggregated and non-identifying payment and usage data to improve the reliability of the Payment service, ensure accuracy in billing, and enhance overall user experience. Namirasoft Payment does not sell personal data or use it for advertising purposes.
