1. Is Namirasoft Infra free to use?

Yes. The Free Plan includes a number of resource configurations that can be used at no cost. See the Pricing Table for the included limits.

2. When do I start paying?

You start paying only when you add resources beyond the Free Plan limits, or when you add a resource type that is not included in the Free Plan. See the Pricing Table for the included limits and pricing.

3. What counts as one resource?

A resource is one item configured in Namirasoft Infra, such as a server, database, Kubernetes cluster, metric, monitor, or alert. Each resource is billed according to the pricing shown in the Pricing Table when it exceeds the Free Plan limits.

4. Will my free resources expire?

No. Resources included in the Free Plan remain available at no cost for as long as they stay within the included limits. There is no time limit.

5. Can I remove resources later?

Yes. Resources can be added or removed at any time. Billing adjusts based on the resources configured in your account.

6. Will I get surprise bills?

No. Pricing is shown in the Pricing Table, and charges apply only to resources that exceed the Free Plan limits or are billed from the first resource.

7. Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can connect infrastructure and use the Free Plan without a credit card.

8. How do I connect infrastructure?

9. What happens if I add an additional resource and remove it before the end of the month?

Namirasoft Infra uses usage based billing. If you add a resource beyond the Free Plan and later remove it, you are billed only for the period during which that resource was configured in your account. For example, if an additional server costs $4.99 per month and is removed after 20 days, you are charged only for those 20 days rather than the full monthly amount.

10. Why connect infrastructure before using Namirasoft Expert?

Namirasoft Expert uses the operational data collected by Namirasoft Infra. Connecting infrastructure first provides the data needed for investigation, analysis, and future automation capabilities. See the Namirasoft Expert website for more information.
