Namirasoft History (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Namirasoft History. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Namirasoft History.

1. Account Registration and Namirasoft Account

To access Namirasoft History, you must have a valid Namirasoft Account, which provides unified access to all Namirasoft products and services.

By creating or using a Namirasoft Account, you agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

You may not use another person’s account or share access credentials without authorization. Namirasoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

When using Namirasoft History, you agree to:

• Use the Service solely for reviewing activity logs and account changes.

• Refrain from attempting to modify, delete, or manipulate log records.

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• Respect the privacy, rights, and security of other users.

Namirasoft may investigate any violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

3. Age Restrictions

Namirasoft History is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If we discover that an individual under 18 has used the Service, we will terminate the account and delete any related information, except where retention is legally required.

If you believe Namirasoft may have information from or about a minor, please contact support.

4. Data Integrity and Activity Logs

All activity logs generated by Namirasoft History are permanent, accurate, and unchangeable. The Service is designed to provide a complete and reliable record of all account actions across Namirasoft products. Users are responsible for reviewing their logs, but Namirasoft ensures the integrity and accuracy of all records within the system.

5. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your account data and actions. Namirasoft retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, its software, systems, and underlying technology.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of Namirasoft History without prior written consent from Namirasoft.

Namirasoft may aggregate and anonymize usage data for analytical, operational, or service-improvement purposes, provided individual users cannot be identified.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

Namirasoft strives to maintain high reliability and performance for the Service. Regular updates and maintenance are conducted to ensure security and stability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Namirasoft History is provided as a free service to support Namirasoft products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is built and maintained to provide a trustworthy, permanent record of all account activities.

8. Suspension and Termination

Namirasoft may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a user violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized or harmful activity.

Users may request deletion of their Namirasoft Account, which will result in removal of all associated data, including History records, in accordance with legal and operational obligations.

9. Changes to Terms

Namirasoft may update these Terms from time to time. All updates take effect immediately upon posting. Users will be notified of changes either on the Namirasoft History website or via email.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms of Service, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vancouver, British Columbia.
