Namirasoft History operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account, which manages user authentication across all Namirasoft products. Your History data is linked to your Namirasoft Account, and all account-related information is handled in accordance with the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy. 

Other Namirasoft applications may collect and process specific data required for their functionality. Namirasoft History only logs actions performed within these products and does not alter or store their internal content.

Namirasoft History collects only the information necessary to provide a transparent and reliable activity record. This may include:

• Account Actions: Edits, deletions, updates, and other changes within Namirasoft products.

• Service Interactions: Timestamps and technical details of actions performed.

• User Identification: The user or system responsible for each action.

• System Metadata: Information such as product ID, entity ID, session ID, or other technical identifiers required for logging purposes.

Namirasoft History does not collect personal files, documents, or content generated within other products, except as inherently linked to an action.

All activity logs in Namirasoft History are permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. Users may download or export logs for personal or administrative purposes.

If you request a review of the logs, Namirasoft may investigate discrepancies, but the records themselves remain immutable.

6. International Data Processing

Namirasoft may process and store information in data centers located outside your country of residence. Regardless of processing location, we maintain the same high standards of protection and confidentiality globally.

All legal matters arising from this Privacy Policy fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Age Restrictions

Namirasoft products are intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts created by users under 18 will be terminated, and associated data will be deleted.
