This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Namira Soft Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Namirasoft Expert and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and any supplemental notices that may apply to specific products, services, or regions.
1. Registration and Account Information
Namirasoft Expert uses Namirasoft Account for registration, authentication, and account management. All information collected during registration, including your name, email address, and authentication credentials, is governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy. Namirasoft Expert does not collect or store your registration data independently.

2. Infrastructure Access and App Installation
Namirasoft Expert connects to your Linux servers through Namirasoft Infra. Namirasoft Infra manages server connectivity, entity configuration, and secure communication between Namirasoft Expert and your infrastructure.
Depending on your Linux server model and version, certain applications must be installed on your servers for Namirasoft Expert to operate correctly. Depending on your Linux server distribution and version, certain applications may need to be installed directly on your own servers to enable Namirasoft Expert’s AI agent functionality. These applications are installed exclusively on your infrastructure, solely to support the operation of Namirasoft Expert, and are entirely unrelated to Namirasoft’s own systems or infrastructure. No installation occurs without your explicit authorization.
Namirasoft Expert executes exclusively read-only commands on your infrastructure. No write operations, configuration changes, or modifications of any kind are performed on your servers. Every command executed and every result retrieved is visible to you in the chat interface.

3. Data Handling
Methods of Collection
You control the scope of data that Namirasoft Expert accesses by configuring Topics, Log Groups, and Infrastructure Filters per agent. Data is collected only through read-only commands executed on your infrastructure at the time of a query.
Types of Data
Namirasoft Expert collects the following categories of information to provide the Service:
- Account information (name, email, authentication data – managed by Namirasoft Account)
- Infrastructure data from your Linux servers (process status, system metrics, log output, and similar read-only outputs)
- Agent configuration data (Topics, Log Groups, Infrastructure Filters, LLM provider selection, and cost limits)
- Chat history and query logs within active agent sessions
- Usage metrics for service operation and cost management
Exclusion of Data
Namirasoft Expert is designed to process only the infrastructure data required to respond to your queries. You control what information is accessible by configuring Infrastructure Filters per agent. If your server environment contains sensitive personal or private information not required for agent operation, you should restrict access through your filter configuration before activating the agent.
Location of Data
Your infrastructure data remains on your own servers. Namirasoft Expert retrieves data at the time of a query and does not persist raw infrastructure data beyond what is necessary to generate a response. Namirasoft personnel may access data only as necessary to provide support or maintain the Service, under strict confidentiality obligations.
Security of Data
Privacy, security, and confidentiality are integral to Namirasoft Expert. Measures include:
- Encryption of all data in transit using TLS
- Encryption of sensitive credentials and configuration data at rest
- Restricted access for Namirasoft personnel under strict confidentiality obligations
- Internal privacy and security training for all employees
4. AI Model Usage
Namirasoft Expert integrates with external AI language model providers to power agent responses. When you submit a query, the relevant infrastructure data retrieved from your servers is sent to your selected LLM provider to generate a response. This data transfer is governed by the privacy policy of the provider you have selected.
Namirasoft Expert currently supports the following AI providers:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT) – subject to the OpenAI Privacy Policy
- DeepSeek – subject to the DeepSeek Privacy Policy
- Anthropic (Claude) – subject to the Anthropic Privacy Policy
You select and configure the AI provider and model for each agent independently. No infrastructure data is transmitted to any AI provider outside of an active agent session. Namirasoft Expert does not use your infrastructure data to train or improve AI models.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and privacy policies of any AI provider you select before activating an agent that uses that provider.
5. Alerts and Notifications
Namirasoft Expert can be configured to send alerts and notifications based on events detected during infrastructure monitoring. Alerts are processed through Namirasoft Notification Sender, which routes them to your configured delivery channels, which may include SMS, Email, Slack, Telegram, and Microsoft Teams.

6. Payment Information
All payment processing for Namirasoft Expert, including subscription management and card data handling, is performed through Namirasoft Payment. Namirasoft Expert does not store or process any payment information directly.

7. Data Usage within Namirasoft Expert
Within Namirasoft Expert itself, we may access and use your data solely for the purpose of:
- Executing read-only infrastructure queries and returning results through your AI agent
- Generating AI-driven responses through your selected LLM provider
- Enforcing per-agent cost limits and usage controls
- Sending service notifications, billing updates, and support communications
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
8. Data Security & Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the Service. Upon account termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
9. Third-Party Services
Namirasoft Expert integrates with third-party services including AI model providers, payment processors, notification services, and infrastructure platforms. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We share only the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, we will update the version number and date at the top of this page and notify you by posting a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must stop using the Services.
