Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Namirasoft: Namira Software Corporation.
• Service: Namirasoft Credential.
• Namirasoft Services (the ecosystem): the broader family of Namirasoft products that operate with your Namirasoft Account.
• Account: your Namirasoft Account, which authenticates you across Namirasoft Services.
• Credential: a connection you define of a given type, consisting of its connection details and references to its secret parts.
• Secret parts: the sensitive values of a Credential, which are stored in Namirasoft Secret and referenced by the Service.
• External System: a system you connect to using a Credential, such as a cloud account, a server, a database, or a source control account.

2. Account Registration

To use Namirasoft Credential you must have an active Namirasoft Account. Your Namirasoft Account authenticates you and associates your Credentials with your account. Registration and identity are governed by the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

3. Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Eligibility and accounts are managed by Namirasoft Account; if Namirasoft Account determines that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account and its information are handled under the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Namirasoft Account credentials and tokens confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account, including the Credentials you define and the products you authorize to use them. Any use of the Service through your account is considered authorized by you. Because the Service holds the details used to reach your systems, protecting your Namirasoft Account is especially important. Report any unauthorized access or suspected misuse promptly through support.namirasoft.com.

5. Description of the Service

• Store connections: Namirasoft Credential lets you define connections of various types, such as cloud accounts, servers, databases, and source control, and organize them.
• Secrets by reference: The secret parts of a Credential are stored in Namirasoft Secret and referenced; the Service keeps the connection details and the references, not the secret values.
• Used by other products: Other Namirasoft products can use a Credential you authorize to connect to your External Systems as you direct. The Service does not itself connect to those systems or read the data inside them.
• You control your Credentials: You can create, change, and delete your Credentials, and manage which products may use them, at any time.

Namirasoft may provide the Service free of charge or as part of your Namirasoft Services. Any fees, subscriptions, and billing across Namirasoft Services are handled by Namirasoft Payment under its own terms.

6. Your Credentials and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the Credentials you define, for being authorized to connect to the External Systems you configure, and for having the right to store and use the secret parts you provide. You are responsible for which Namirasoft products you allow to use a Credential and for the actions those products take with it at your direction. You should keep your Credentials current, remove those you no longer use, and revoke a product’s access to a Credential when it should no longer use it. You are also responsible for complying with the terms of the External Systems you connect to.

Data and Privacy. The collection, use, storage, retention, and protection of the information handled by this Service, including how the secret parts are stored in Namirasoft Secret and referenced here, are governed by the Namirasoft Credential Privacy Policy and, for identity and authentication, the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to: use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws; store only connections you are authorized to use and secret parts you are entitled to store; not store or use a Credential to access a system you are not authorized to access; not attempt to access Credentials or accounts that are not yours; not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use automated means to extract data from the Service, or attempt to discover its source code or underlying structure, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; not conduct security testing without our prior written permission; and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by Namirasoft and protected by applicable laws. You retain any rights you may have in the connection details you provide, and Namirasoft does not claim ownership of your underlying business records or data. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to improve our products, without obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Systems

The External Systems you connect to, such as cloud providers, servers, databases, and source control services, are operated by you or by third parties under their own terms, and Namirasoft is not affiliated with them, does not control them, and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or practices. You are responsible for complying with their terms and for the consequences of the connections you enable. Namirasoft Credential also relies on other Namirasoft products, such as Namirasoft Secret, each governed by its own terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Namirasoft applies strong, industry-standard methods to protect the information it holds, and the secret parts are protected in Namirasoft Secret, but Namirasoft does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any method of protection is impenetrable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including the use a product makes of a Credential you authorized or any act on an External System you connected, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you, and in those cases our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot legally be limited, excluded, or modified. Where such law applies, the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by that law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your use of the Service, the Credentials you define and the connections you enable, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from Namirasoft’s own conduct.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the ecosystem. We may also suspend access temporarily, with or without notice, to protect the security and integrity of the Service, its users, or the ecosystem, including where your account appears compromised or shows suspicious activity. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Modifications to the Service

We may change, improve, or discontinue features of the Service over time, including the types of connection supported. Where a change materially reduces core functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through Namirasoft Services.

16. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom dealings are prohibited under applicable Canadian or United States trade and sanctions laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws in your use of the Service.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at accounts@namirasoft.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and Namirasoft agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, for any dispute not resolved informally. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a small claims court or a consumer tribunal where applicable law gives you that right.

18. Force Majeure

Namirasoft is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, network or infrastructure failures, acts of government, or labor disruptions.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Namirasoft may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and any documents they reference, form the entire agreement between you and Namirasoft regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.

21. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23. Notices

We may provide notices to you through the Service, through Namirasoft Account, or by email to the address associated with your account. You may send notices to us at accounts@namirasoft.com.

24. Survival

Sections relating to your Credentials and responsibilities, third-party systems, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, consumer rights, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms.

25. Changes to These Terms

Namirasoft may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or security practices. When material changes occur, Namirasoft may notify users through email and/or announcements through the Service or its website, where appropriate or as required by applicable law. Your continued use of Namirasoft Credential after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
