Privacy Policy

This Namirasoft Credential Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Namira Software Corporation and its affiliates (collectively “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Namirasoft Credential service or otherwise interact with it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Namirasoft Credential, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy and any supplemental notices that may apply.

1. Registration and Account Information

Namirasoft Credential uses Namirasoft Account for registration, authentication, and account management. All personal data collected during registration is governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection and Storage

When you create a connection in Namirasoft Credential, you provide a name, an access key, and a secret key for AWS, GCP, or Azure. These credentials are transmitted directly to Namirasoft Secret, where they are encrypted before storage. No plain-text credentials are retained on any Namirasoft system. 3. Use of Your Credentials

Encrypted credentials are used solely to authenticate to your cloud platforms and grant read-only access to Namirasoft applications you have expressly enabled or other applications that you have connected to Namirasoft Credential through the API. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your raw access keys or secret keys for marketing or any purpose beyond the Services you request.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Within Namirasoft: We share only connection metadata (e.g., connection name, timestamp, application name) with the specific Namirasoft applications you authorize.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your credential metadata may be transferred, subject to confidentiality commitments.

5. Data Security and Retention

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security assessments. Your encrypted credentials remain stored in Namirasoft Secret for as long as you maintain an active connection. Upon revocation or deletion of a connection, we will securely purge associated data in accordance with our internal retention schedules.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and Correction: You may review, update, or delete your connections at any time via the Credential dashboard.

• Revocation: You can revoke any credential immediately; following revocation, the credential is rendered unusable by all Namirasoft applications.

• Data Portability: To the extent required by applicable law, we will provide you with a copy of your connection metadata in a machine-readable format upon request.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Policy with an updated “Effective Date.” Significant changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice or sending you an email. Continued use of Namirasoft Credential after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
