PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES (DEFINED BELOW) ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.

Welcome to Namirasoft Cost. Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact our Support.

These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must agree to and accept all of these Terms, or you do not have the right to use or access the Services. Your use of the Services in any way signifies your agreement to these Terms, which remain in effect for as long as you use the Services.
These Terms include the provisions in this document and those in our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

• Account Registration: You must register and log in using your Namirasoft Account.
  

• Registration, authentication and related data are governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose and Scope of Namirasoft Cost

Namirasoft Cost provides tools to help you analyze and estimate your Namirasoft pay-as-you-go usage costs. The Service aggregates data from supported Namirasoft applications to display cost and usage summaries, trends, and forecasts based on recorded usage metrics.

Namirasoft Cost does not process payments, collect payment methods, or issue invoices.
All financial transactions and billing activities are managed through Namirasoft Payment.

4. Data and Calculations

Namirasoft Cost uses usage records such as product identifiers, workspace IDs, usage units, and time periods to calculate estimated charges. The results are for informational and estimation purposes only and may differ from your actual billed amounts.

You acknowledge and agree that Namirasoft Cost is a  reporting and forecasting tool, not a billing or accounting system. Official charges are determined solely by Namirasoft Payment.

5.Use of the Service

Permitted Use:You may use Namirasoft Cost to view, filter, and estimate usage costs for your Namirasoft pay-as-you-go applications.

Restrictions: You must not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.

• Circumvent security features or modify calculation behavior.

• Use automated systems to overload or disrupt the Service.

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

• Share your Namirasoft Account credentials with others.

6. Termination

By You: You may stop using Namirasoft Cost at any time by logging out or deleting your Namirasoft Account.

By Us:We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law.

Effect of Termination: Your access to Namirasoft Cost will end, and your associated usage data will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Namirasoft Cost and all related software, design, analytics, and content are owned by Namira Software Corporation or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal analytical purposes only. No ownership rights or licenses beyond this are granted to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
NAMIRASOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW NAMIRASOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT INCIDENTAL SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft and its affiliates against any claims damages or expenses arising from your use of:

• Your use or misuse of Namirasoft Cost,

• Your violation of these Terms, or

• Your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia Canada. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
