This Namirasoft Cost Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Namira Software Corporation and its affiliates (collectively “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Namirasoft Cost service or otherwise interact with it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Namirasoft Cost, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy and any supplemental notices that may apply.

1. Registration and Account Information

Namirasoft Cost uses Namirasoft Account for registration, authentication, and account management. All personal data collected during registration is governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection and Storage

Namirasoft Cost collects and processes system-generated and usage-related data to provide accurate cost estimation and reporting across Namirasoft pay-as-you-go applications. The categories of data include:

 

  • Identification Data: ID, User ID, Workspace ID, Product ID

  • Billing Metadata: Sales Item ID, Offer ID, Offer Item ID

  • Resource Data: Resource ID, Resource Entity, Usage Name, Usage Value, Usage Unit

  • Time Periods: Period Start, Period End

  • Financial Data: Amount, Currency

  • System Data: Created At

 

This data is used solely to calculate, estimate, and present usage-based costs. Namirasoft Cost does not collect sensitive personal identifiers, payment card data, or credential information.

3. Use of Collected Data

Collected data is used to:

 

  • Generate real-time and historical cost estimates for Namirasoft pay-as-you-go products.

  • Support internal analytics to improve pricing accuracy, service efficiency, and cost model performance.

  • Synchronize estimated costs with authorized Namirasoft applications or dashboards for unified reporting.

  • Ensure secure and compliant service operation.

 

We do not sell, rent, or disclose usage data for marketing or profiling purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Within Namirasoft: Cost and usage data may be shared internally between Namirasoft products that you have authorized to display your usage-based cost summaries.

 

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Namirasoft, our users, or others.

 

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, relevant cost and usage data may be transferred as part of the business, subject to confidentiality obligations and applicable law.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data collected by Namirasoft Cost. These include encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, continuous monitoring, and regular security reviews.

 

Cost and usage data is retained for as long as your workspace remains active or as necessary to perform the Services. When a workspace or product is deleted, associated data is securely purged in accordance with our retention policies. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained for statistical and operational purposes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and Correction: You may access your cost and usage information directly from the Namirasoft Cost console.

 

  • Correction and Deletion: If you wish to delete historical cost data, you may request correction or deletion by contacting Support.

 

  • Data Portability: To the extent required by law, we will provide a machine-readable export of your usage and cost data upon request.

 

  • Revocation and Workspace Deletion: If you delete your Namirasoft workspace or revoke integration access, Namirasoft Cost will cease processing associated data.

7. International Data Transfers

If cost or usage data is transferred across borders, such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws and protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Policy with an updated “Effective Date.” Significant updates will be communicated by notice within the product or by email. Continued use of Namirasoft Cost after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
