1. Namirasoft Account Requirement

Access to Namirasoft Content Template requires a Namirasoft Account. You must register for or log in through Namirasoft Account to use the Service. Your account information is used to authenticate your identity and manage roles, policies, and permissions. All data handling is subject to the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide the Service. This includes:

• Account data such as your Namirasoft Account email and identifiers

• Template related data including template names, content, content types, parameters, defaults, and configuration settings

• Sending related configuration data such as selected templates, parameter values entered at send time, and chosen delivery method

• System generated data such as timestamps for creation and updates

We may also collect limited usage data to maintain security, detect misuse, and ensure proper operation of the Service.

We do not collect device information, IP addresses, or cookies through Namirasoft Content Template. Such information, if collected, is handled by Namirasoft Account in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We use collected information solely to operate and improve Namirasoft Content Template. This includes using data to:

• Create, store, and manage content templates

• Validate parameters and prepare content for sending

• Enable sending workflows through supported Namirasoft delivery services

• Detect unauthorized activity

Namirasoft does not sell user data or use template content for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Namirasoft Account credentials and for all actions performed through your account.

5. Data Sharing

Namirasoft Content Template does not share user content or configuration data with third parties.

Sending content through the Service may involve integration with other Namirasoft services such as Namirasoft Email Sender or Namirasoft SMS Sender. Each of those services operates under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Data Integrity and Responsibility

Templates and content are processed exactly as configured by users. Namirasoft does not review, edit, or validate the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content created or sent using the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, the parameters you define, and the recipients you choose.

7. Data Retention

Template data and related configuration information are retained as long as your account remains active or until you delete them through the Service.

Namirasoft may retain limited system logs for security, auditing, and compliance purposes in accordance with internal retention policies and applicable laws.

8. Your Rights and Controls

You may create, update, or delete templates and related data at any time through the Service.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

Namirasoft may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or security practices.
