How Content Template Works

Create and Send reusable content templates efficiently

Build templates once, provide parameter values, and send consistent messages across different channels. Namirasoft Content Template helps you keep your communication organized and efficient.

Follow the steps below to create, generate, and deliver content smoothly.

Step 1: Create Your Namirasoft Account

Get access to the Console

Your Namirasoft Account is the single sign in for Content Template and every other Namirasoft product.

  • Create your Namirasoft Account
  • Sign in to the Content Template Console
  • Reach your workspace and products from one place

Step 2: Create Your Template

Turn a repeated message into a reusable template

A template holds your fixed content and marks the parts that change.

  • Name your template and choose its content type
  • Write your content
  • Mark the variable parts as parameters

Insert a parameter in your content by writing its name inside double curly braces with a space on each side. Copy the exact format: {{ name }}

Step 3: Define Your Parameters

Control the parts that change

Parameters are the values you provide each time you send.

  • Give each parameter a type and validation rules
  • Set defaults and mark required values
  • Preview the generated output

Step 4: Make and Send

Generate the content and deliver it

Make produces the final content, then you send it through a connected provider.

Send your first message in minutes.

How It Works FAQs

Common questions about setting up and using Namirasoft Content Template.

1. Do I need technical skills to use Namirasoft Content Template?

No. You can create templates and set parameters without writing code. For the full walkthrough, see the Console Guide.

2. What content types can a template use?

A template supports Plain, Json, Xml, Html, and Yaml. Choose the type that matches how your content will be used.

3. How do I add a variable part to my content?

Write the parameter name inside double curly braces with a space on each side, exactly like {{ name }}. The name inside must match a parameter you define.

4. What can a parameter control?

Each parameter has a type for validation, an optional default, and a required flag, plus rules such as valid values, invalid values, and a placeholder.

5. Can I preview a message before sending?

Yes. You can generate the output and review it before you send.

6. How are messages delivered?

Messages are sent by Email or SMS through a connected provider.

7. Do I need another app to send messages?

Yes. Sending uses a provider from Namirasoft Email Sender or Namirasoft SMS Sender.

8. Can I reuse a template?

Yes. Create a template once and use it for as many messages as you need.

10. Can I use the API instead of the Console?

Yes. Namirasoft Content Template offers a REST API, a PHP package, and an NPM CLI. See Integrations.
