Namirasoft Balance (the “Service”) is provided by Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft”/“we”/“us”/“our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

The Service is offered internationally and subject to applicable laws. Namirasoft complies with data protection regulations and complements its Privacy Policy.

Use of Namirasoft Balance requires a Namirasoft Account, and you must register and log in through our account portal to access your transaction history and monthly summaries. By registering, you also agree to the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration and Use

You must create and maintain a Namirasoft Account to use Namirasoft Balance. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update it if it changes. You are responsible for securing your account login credentials (including passwords) and for any activity occurring under your account.

2. Age Restriction

The Service is only available to individuals 18 years or older. By using Namirasoft Balance, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If we discover a user under 18 has registered, we will terminate the account and delete any associated data. If you believe we may have data about a minor, please contact Support.

3. User Responsibilities and Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data. Namirasoft Balance displays transaction history and monthly summaries based on activity linked to your account. It is your responsibility to review your financial activity and report any discrepancies to our Support.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and other materials provided through the Service are the proprietary intellectual property of Namira Software Corporation or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent. Use of Namirasoft tradename or logos requires permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as-is” and is designed to give users a clear view of their transactions and monthly summaries. Namirasoft delivers the Service with high standards of reliability and professionalism.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that it is intended for monitoring and reviewing account activity, and your access to the Service is subject to these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Namirasoft’s liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the direct use of the Service and does not extend beyond the value provided by access to the Service. Users remain responsible for reviewing and managing their account activity.

7. Termination and Suspension

Namirasoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Namirasoft Balance at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Continued access after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

Namirasoft may revise these Terms at any time. Any updates will be announced on the Namirasoft Balance website and/or users will be notified via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of Namirasoft Balance are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
