PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES (DEFINED BELOW) ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.

 

Welcome to Namirasoft Telegram Sender. Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact our Support team.

 

These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must agree to and accept all of these Terms in order to use the Services. Your use of the Services in any way signifies your agreement to these Terms, which remain in effect as long as you use the Services. These Terms incorporate Namirasoft Telegram Sender Privacy Policy and other service-specific terms by reference.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable laws. When we do, we will notify you through email or in-product messages. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

 

Account Registration: You must register and log in using your Namirasoft Account.
Registration, authentication, and related data are governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

3. Sending Messages via Telegram

Namirasoft Telegram Sender allows you to send messages through Telegram by linking either the official Namirasoft Bot or your own custom bot. You are responsible for ensuring that your selected bot has the required permissions and that the chat IDs you use are correct and authorized. We do not access your Telegram account or store your conversations.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use Namirasoft Telegram Sender to deliver automated or manual messages to authorized Telegram chats.

You must not:

  • Use the service to send spam, threats, or unauthorized messages

  • Interfere with the operation of Telegram or other users

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the source code

  • Violate local, provincial, or federal laws

  • Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

5. Integration with Other Namirasoft Services

Telegram Sender supports both automated and manual delivery of messages. It can receive automated messages from Namirasoft Notification Sender or be used directly by the user through the Namirasoft Telegram Sender Console.

 

When integrated with Namirasoft Notification Sender, messages are triggered based on conditions defined in that system. All routing logic, triggers, and delivery rules are managed by Namirasoft Notification Sender and follow Namirasoft Notification Sender Terms of Service.

 

Namirasoft Telegram Sender relies on Telegram’s official Bot API and your internet connection for message transmission. While we design our system to be reliable and responsive, Namirasoft does not control third-party systems such as Telegram and cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery on Telegram’s side in all circumstances.

6. Reliability and availability

Namirasoft Telegram Sender is built to provide dependable message delivery by integrating with Telegram’s official Bot API. While we strive for high reliability, certain factors such as Telegram API performance or network conditions may impact delivery. These are outside Namirasoft’s control and are the responsibility of Telegram as a platform or your Internet provider.

7. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through the Namirasoft Account.

 

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for legal/regulatory compliance.

 

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data will be managed in accordance with Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Namirasoft Telegram Sender and all related software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Namirasoft or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. No rights of ownership are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers

Namirasoft Telegram Sender and all related features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Namirasoft does not guarantee message delivery, timing, or system availability due to its reliance on third-party infrastructure, including Telegram and internet connectivity.

 

Users are responsible for how they configure and use the service, including bot tokens, message settings, and any connected systems. Nothing in this section affects your rights under consumer protection laws in British Columbia or other applicable jurisdictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

 

If you are using the service free of charge, Namirasoft’s total liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any infringement by you of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.

13. General Terms

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

 

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

 

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Namirasoft regarding Telegram Sender.
