Welcome to Namirasoft Support. Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Support service (“Service”) to assist users (“You” or “Your”) through communication channels such as tickets, live chat, email, and meetings. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

 

Please read these Terms carefully. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, You may not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

Namirasoft Support offers assistance primarily through tickets, live chat, email, and scheduled meetings via Google Meet or Koalender for non-Namirasoft users. The Service may also include FAQs and other self-help resources. Use of the Service requires registration through your Namirasoft Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

 

You may attach files and other materials when communicating with Support. You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully, refraining from inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to abusive language, spamming, or sharing sensitive personal or proprietary information. Response times and support levels are subject to the terms of your chosen pricing plan.

2. Payment and Billing

All payments, billing, and subscription management related to Namirasoft Support are handled exclusively via the Namirasoft Payment service. For details on payments, refunds, and billing policies, please refer to the Namirasoft Payment Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Service Provision and Disclaimer

Unless otherwise expressly stated by Namirasoft, the Services, including all materials, content, and features made available through Namirasoft Support, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

 

You are responsible for how you configure, use, and interpret the Service outputs. This includes managing your access credentials, creating and monitoring support tickets, and any settings or parameters within the Service.

 

Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer protection laws in British Columbia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service or violates the rights of others.

 

You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or harmful to others. You also agree not to share any sensitive personal or financial information through support communications.

5. Data and Privacy

Namirasoft collects and processes your data as described in our Privacy Policy for Namirasoft Support. Your communications, including tickets, live chat, and emails, will be retained to provide and improve the Service. Meeting sessions conducted via Google Meet are subject to Google’s Terms of Service. Scheduling with Koalendar follows Koalendar’s own Terms of Service.

6. Termination and Suspension

Namirasoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time.

 

Provisions that by their nature survive termination, including but not limited to ownership rights, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

Namirasoft may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated Effective Date. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
