We maintain records of the support requests you send, including the text, files, or other materials you provide through tickets, live chat, or email. If a meeting is required, it may be scheduled within Koalendar, which is governed by Koalendar Privacy Policy. Meetings may be held through Google Meet, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Namira Software Corporation does not record these meetings.
All payment transactions for Namirasoft Support plans are processed exclusively through the Namirasoft Payment, which has its own Privacy Policy. Namirasoft Support does not collect or store payment card information. We also do not collect your IP address, browser details, or other technical identifiers.
