Namirasoft Quota (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Namirasoft Quota. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations.

1. Namirasoft Account Terms of Service

Namirasoft Quota operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account and adheres to the terms set forth in the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. By using this Service, you agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service, which cover authentication, security, and data handling. 2. Account Registration

You must be registered in Namirasoft Account to access and use Namirasoft Quota. You can create or log into your account via Namirasoft Account. This account is necessary to manage all your products and services.

By registering, you agree to comply with Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose and Scope of the Service

Namirasoft Quota provides functionality for defining, monitoring, and enforcing usage limits within supported Namirasoft products. The Service allows account owners to set consumption boundaries based on predefined metrics.

The Service operates strictly based on user defined configurations and does not make decisions regarding business impact, operational suitability, or compliance requirements.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

The Service permits quota management only through the interfaces and mechanisms provided by Namirasoft. Any attempt to manipulate quota enforcement, bypass limits, interfere with tracking mechanisms, or disrupt system behavior is prohibited.

You must not use the Service in a manner that compromises platform stability, accuracy of usage data, or fair access to shared infrastructure.

5. Quota Configuration and Enforcement

The Service enforces quotas exactly as configured by the account owner. The accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness of quota definitions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Quota enforcement may result in request throttling, temporary suspension of functionality, or service limitation once defined thresholds are reached.

6. Age Restrictions

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Namirasoft reserves the right to terminate access and remove associated data if use by individuals under eighteen is identified, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Data Accuracy and System Behavior

The Service relies on system generated usage data to evaluate quota consumption. While Namirasoft makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate tracking, the Service does not guarantee error free measurement or uninterrupted enforcement.

Namirasoft is not responsible for operational impact, service degradation, or business consequences resulting from quota configurations defined by users.

8. User Responsibilities

The account owner is solely responsible for defining quota limits, monitoring consumption, and adjusting configurations as necessary. You must ensure that quota settings align with your operational requirements and legal obligations.

You remain responsible for any actions taken by applications or users operating under quotas you define.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Namirasoft Account credentials. All actions performed through your account are deemed authorized.

Namirasoft is not liable for misuse, data loss, or service disruption resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, interfaces, documentation, and related materials associated with Namirasoft Quota are the exclusive intellectual property of Namirasoft.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without prior written consent from Namirasoft.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Namirasoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Service. No monetary or equitable remedies shall be available against Namirasoft in connection with the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your quota configurations, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

Namirasoft may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk to system stability or legal compliance.

Upon termination, all quota configurations associated with your account may be disabled or removed.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

17. Changes to Terms and Service

Namirasoft may update these Terms or modify the Service to improve functionality, enhance security, or comply with legal requirements.

Material changes will be communicated through email or service announcements. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
