This Namirasoft NWS Volume Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Namira Software Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, “Namirasoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you access or use Namirasoft NWS Volume and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies specifically to Namirasoft NWS Volume and should be read together with the Namirasoft NWS Volume Terms of Service and the privacy policies of other Namirasoft products that support or integrate with the Services.

1. Registration and Account Information

Namirasoft NWS Volume uses Namirasoft Account for registration, authentication, and account management.

When you create or manage an account, Namirasoft Account collects information such as your name, email address, authentication credentials, account identifiers, and related metadata. This information is governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

Namirasoft NWS Volume does not independently collect registration credentials and relies on Namirasoft Account to manage account security and identity verification.

2. Subscription and Payment Information

An active subscription is required to use Namirasoft NWS Volume.

All subscription management, billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled through Namirasoft Payment. Namirasoft NWS Volume does not store, process, or access payment card information or financial account details.

Payment-related data is collected, stored, and secured in accordance with the Namirasoft Payment Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information to ensure uninterrupted access to the Services.

3. Storage Data and Volume Configuration

Types of Data Collected: Namirasoft NWS Volume collects and processes information necessary to create, configure, manage, and monitor storage volumes. This includes:

• Volume metadata such as volume name, type, region, size, status, and configuration parameters

• Usage metrics for usage-based storage services

• Technical identifiers required to connect to external storage providers

• Operational logs related to volume activity, synchronization, and system health

Namirasoft NWS Volume does not inspect, analyze, or modify the content stored within your volumes unless such access is required to provide the Service or deliver support.

Your Stored Data: Depending on the volume type you configure, your data may be stored on:

• Namirasoft-managed storage infrastructure

• Third-party cloud storage providers

• External file systems or network-based storage services

You retain ownership and control of your stored data at all times. Namirasoft acts solely as a service provider for storage orchestration, access, and management.

4. Credentials and Access to External Storage Providers

Certain volume types require access to third-party storage services such as cloud providers, file storage platforms, or remote servers.

To establish these connections, Namirasoft NWS Volume uses Namirasoft Credential to securely store and manage access credentials. Sensitive credential data is encrypted and protected using Namirasoft Secret.

Namirasoft uses these credentials only to read, write, synchronize, or manage storage data as required by your configuration. Credentials are never used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Namirasoft Credential and Namirasoft Secret to understand how sensitive information is protected.

5. Usage Information and Logs

Namirasoft NWS Volume collects usage and operational information to maintain, improve, and secure the Services. This includes:

• Volume creation, update, and deletion events

• Storage usage measurements

• Error logs, access logs, and performance metrics

• API calls and system interactions

This information helps Namirasoft diagnose issues, ensure service reliability, enforce security controls, and optimize performance. Usage data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. Data Handling and Security

Privacy, confidentiality, and data security are core principles of Namirasoft NWS Volume. Security measures include:

• Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit

• Secure credential storage using Namirasoft Secret

• Controlled access to systems and data based on role and necessity

• Continuous monitoring and logging for abuse and unauthorized access

• Internal security and privacy training for employees

Access to customer data by Namirasoft personnel or authorized service providers occurs only when necessary to provide support, maintain the Services, or meet legal obligations.

7. Data Retention

Namirasoft retains information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes.

When you terminate your subscription or delete your account, Namirasoft initiates data deletion processes in accordance with internal retention policies. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or logs due to technical or legal requirements.

8. Sharing of Information

Namirasoft does not sell your personal data or storage data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With trusted service providers who assist in operating, securing, or supporting the Services

• With other Namirasoft products that are required to deliver the Services

• With third-party storage providers when you explicitly configure integrations

• When required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes

• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Namirasoft, our users, or the public

All third parties are required to process information in accordance with applicable privacy and security obligations.

9. Third-Party Services

Namirasoft NWS Volume may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including cloud storage providers, hosting platforms, and network services.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Namirasoft is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or security of third-party services. You should review their policies before connecting or transmitting data.

10. International Data Transfers

To provide the Services, Namirasoft may process and store data in multiple geographic locations, including locations outside your country of residence.

When transferring personal data internationally, Namirasoft relies on appropriate legal safeguards, contractual protections, and recognized data transfer mechanisms in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Your Rights and Controls

You have control over your information and how it is used. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
