Namirasoft Message (referred to as the Service) is a product provided and owned by Namira Software Corporation (referred to as Namirasoft, we, us, or our).

These Terms of Service (referred to as the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully, as they define your rights, responsibilities, and limitations when using the Service.

Namirasoft Message is part of the broader Namirasoft ecosystem and operates in conjunction with the Namirasoft platform. Use of this Service is subject to and dependent upon compliance with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. These Terms apply specifically to Namirasoft Message and do not replace or override the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. 

1. Account Registration

To access and use Namirasoft Message, you must have an active Namirasoft Account. This account provides access to Namirasoft applications and enables the delivery and display of internal system messages across the ecosystem.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any use of the Service through your account is deemed to be authorized by you. By registering, you agree to comply with Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. For more information about Namirasoft Account, please review its Terms of Service and also its Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

• Purpose: Namirasoft Message is designed to deliver internal system messages generated by Namirasoft applications. These messages relate to system activity, account events, application status, security events, payments, and other operational notifications within the Namirasoft ecosystem.

• Scope: The Service is intended solely for viewing and accessing internal system messages. Users cannot create, modify, delete, suppress, or redistribute messages through the Service

• External Delivery: Namirasoft Message does not deliver messages to external communication channels such as SMS, email, chat platforms, or third party systems. External message delivery is handled by Namirasoft Notification Sender and other Sender applications which is outside the scope of this Service.

3. Third-Party Terms

When using our services, you may interact with third-party providers (e.g., SMS gateways). Please review their privacy policies and terms of service, as Namirasoft is not responsible for their practices.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.

• Ensure that your notifications you create comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.

• Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately.

5. Age Restrictions

Our Terms of Service prohibit individuals under 18 years old from using the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use our products or services or provide any personal information to us. By using our products or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account and is using our products or services, we will terminate the account and delete any personal or non-personal information associated with it. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 18, please contact support.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that our services are available at all times, but we may need to suspend or restrict access for maintenance or other reasons temporarily.

7. Data Integrity

Namirasoft is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the notifications created or delivered via the service. Users are responsible for verifying the content before distribution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, etc. of Namirasoft Notification Sender are the intellectual property of Namira Software Corporation. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Namirasoft Notification Sender is provided “as is” and “as available.” Namirasoft is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from incorrect or undelivered notifications.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or behavior harmful to others. Termination or suspension may include but is not limited to, actions deemed abusive, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time with or without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and will apply to the use of the Service.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms of Service, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
