1. Namirasoft Account Terms of Service

Namirasoft Container Registry operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account and adheres to the terms set forth in the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service, which cover authentication, security, and data handling. Please review the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Account Registration

You must be registered in Namirasoft Account to access and use Namirasoft Container Registry. You can create or log into your account through Namirasoft Account, which is used to manage your Namirasoft products and services. By registering, you agree to comply with the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Service

Purpose: Namirasoft Container Registry is a control plane for connecting and organizing External Container Registries. It stores connection records that reference registries you already operate and the Credentials, maintained in Namirasoft Credential, required to access them. Container images and image data do not pass through the Service.

Restrictions: Misuse of the Service, including attempts to connect registries you are not authorized to access, interfere with system integrity, circumvent security, or disrupt the Service, is strictly prohibited.

Your Configurations: You are solely responsible for creating, reviewing, and removing the connection records in your account and for selecting the Credentials they reference.

4. Age Restrictions

The Service is not available to individuals under 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 is using the Service, we will terminate the account and delete associated information as required. If you believe we may have information from or about a person under 18, please contact Support.

5. Data Integrity

The Service stores and organizes connection records strictly according to the configurations you provide. Namirasoft cannot be held liable for misconfigurations or unintended outcomes caused by user defined settings, including incorrect connection details or Credential references. Registry addresses and secrets are maintained in Namirasoft Credential and the External Container Registries you connect, not by the Service.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for managing the connection records in your account and for ensuring that you are authorized to connect the External Container Registries you reference. You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, the terms of the External Container Registries you connect, and Namirasoft policies.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Namirasoft Account credentials and the Credentials you maintain in Namirasoft Credential. Namirasoft cannot be held responsible for unauthorized actions resulting from your failure to secure your account or Credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, infrastructure, and related materials of Namirasoft Container Registry are the intellectual property of Namirasoft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without Namirasoft prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Namirasoft Container Registry is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namirasoft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including those arising from misconfiguration of connection records, from the Credentials you reference, or from the availability or behavior of the External Container Registries you connect.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Namirasoft Container Registry if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, the connection records associated with your account may be removed.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namirasoft and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namirasoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Service. No monetary or equitable remedies shall be available against Namirasoft in connection with the Service.

13. Changes to Terms and Service Availability

Namirasoft may update these Terms or modify the Service to enhance functionality, strengthen security, or comply with applicable laws.

If changes occur, users will be notified through email or announcements on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you should discontinue use of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
