1. Namirasoft Account and Related Services
Namirasoft Alarm operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account, which manages authentication and user identity across all Namirasoft products. Your alarm configurations are linked to your Namirasoft Account, and all account-related data is handled in accordance with the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.
Namirasoft Alarm also interacts with other Namirasoft applications such as Namirasoft Notification Sender for message delivery. Once an alarm notification is sent to Namirasoft Notification Sender, the delivery and message-handling process are governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Namirasoft Notification Sender.
Each Namirasoft application follows its own privacy and data-handling framework to ensure proper use and protection of your data.
2. Information We Collect
Namirasoft Alarm collects only the information required to operate the Service efficiently and deliver accurate notifications based on the conditions you define. This may include:

Alarm configurations: Details about the alarms you create, including conditions, frequency, thresholds, and related parameters.

Linked identifiers: References such as Workspace ID, Topic ID, or Subscriber ID, which connect your alarms with other Namirasoft services.

Namirasoft Alarm does not collect personal data directly and does not process the contents of notifications beyond the metadata required for functionality.
3. How We Use This Information
The information collected by Namirasoft Alarm is used exclusively to:

Namirasoft applies industry-standard security and data management practices to protect information associated with your alarms. System data is stored in secure environments, and access is restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality and operational control procedures.
Our infrastructure is continuously monitored to preserve the security, stability, and integrity of the Service.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Alarm configuration and related activity data remain available as long as your Namirasoft Account remains active. You may modify or delete alarms directly through the Namirasoft Alarm console at any time.
If you choose to delete your Namirasoft Account, all associated alarm data will be removed after the account deletion process is completed in accordance with the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.
6. International Data Processing
Namirasoft may process or store data in facilities located outside your country of residence. Regardless of location, all data is handled under the same privacy and security standards that apply within Canada.
All legal matters arising from or related to this Privacy Policy fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
7. Age Restrictions
Namirasoft Alarm and related services are intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If it is discovered that an account is being used by an individual under 18, Namirasoft reserves the right to terminate the account and remove associated information. Users or guardians may contact support if they believe a violation has occurred.
8. Changes to Privacy Policy
Namirasoft may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect improvements, legal updates, or changes to the Service. When such updates occur, we will notify users on our website and/or via email.
