2. Message Delivery & Telegram Integration

Telegram Sender allows you to send messages to Telegram chats using the Namirasoft Bot and Telegram chat IDs.

• Configure message content and delivery logic

We do not access your Telegram account or personal Telegram messages. Messages are delivered through the Telegram Bot API and only to chats where the Namirasoft Bot is authorized.

We do not retain message content beyond the time required to process and dispatch them.

3. API, SDK, and Console Use

Users may interact with Telegram Sender through:

• The Telegram Sender Console (manual messaging)

• The API/SDK (for automation and integration)

All usage data, including logs, metadata (e.g., timestamp, message length, chat ID), and performance metrics, may be stored temporarily for:

• Service reliability and debugging

• Abuse prevention

• Usage tracking

No message content is shared with third parties or used for marketing.

4. Integration with Other Namirasoft Services

Namirasoft Telegram Sender can be integrated with services such as:

• Namirasoft Alarm

• Namirasoft Notification Sender

• Namirasoft Log

These services may generate messages based on events or rules you define. The Telegram Sender only processes those messages when instructed and does not evaluate or modify their content.

Integration-based message delivery is subject to the privacy policies of those respective services.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted message transmission

• Secured APIs with access tokens

• Access controls and logging

We retain metadata and operational logs only for as long as required to operate the service, fulfill legal obligations, or support user-requested audits or debugging.

6. Third-Party Services

Telegram Sender depends on external services such as Telegram’s Bot Platform for message delivery. Namirasoft does not control Telegram’s policies or infrastructure.
