The phone number linked to your SMS Provider. It is used as the sender or destination for SMS delivery and for verification purposes.

Provider Credentials
This includes SMS provider configuration data such as provider type (currently AWS), region, Access Key, and Secret Key. The credentials are stored securely and encrypted.

Message Content
This is the body of the message you send through the service.
Metadata and Logging
We collect technical and operational metadata, such as:
- Message timestamps
- Workspace ID and Channel ID
- Delivery status and provider response codes
- Message length
We do not store and analyze message content beyond what is necessary for delivery and logging.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate and send SMS messages through your configured provider
- Verify phone number ownership before activating a provider
- Route messages accurately to phone numbers
- Display delivery status and reports in the Console
- Diagnose and resolve delivery or system issues
Namirasoft does not use your message content for profiling, targeting, or advertising purposes.
3. Message Logging and Retention
Namirasoft stores limited, non-sensitive logs for internal monitoring and user-facing diagnostics. This includes:

Delivery status
Logs are retained for a limited period and may be extended temporarily for troubleshooting. You can delete message records or remove Providers from the Console at any time.
4. Provider Verification and Access Control
Each SMS Provider must be verified using a phone number before messages can be sent. Unverified Providers cannot send or receive messages.
Access to Namirasoft SMS Sender is controlled through Namirasoft Access and workspace permissions. Only authorized users can view or manage Providers, messages, and reports.
Sharing your Namirasoft Account credentials (e.g., username or password) is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
5. Security Practices
Namirasoft applies strong technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your data. These include:

We continually monitor and update our systems to align with industry best practices.
6. Integration with Namirasoft Notification Sender
Namirasoft SMS Sender may be triggered automatically by Namirasoft Notification Sender. In such cases, it acts as a delivery mechanism only. Message content and any associated privacy obligations are governed by Namirasoft Notification Sender Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party providers
SMS messages sent through Namirasoft SMS Sender are delivered via third party infrastructure, including AWS SMS services.
Namirasoft does not control how AWS or mobile carriers process messages after dispatch. Delivery behavior, retention, and handling by AWS are subject to AWS policies and terms.
Namirasoft is not responsible for outages, delays, or delivery failures caused by third party providers.
8. Data Sharing
Namirasoft does not sell, license, or share your provider credentials, message content, or metadata with external parties, except:

10. Children’s Privacy
According to the Terms of Service, Namirasoft SMS Sender is not intended for use by people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children without verified parental consent.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through appropriate channels (e.g., in-app, email, or console alerts). Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
