Namirasoft Job Arranger (referred to as the “Service”) is owned and provided by Namira Software Corporation (referred to as “Namirasoft”/“we”/“us”/“our”).
These Terms of Service (referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of Namirasoft Job Arranger. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Namirasoft Account Terms of Service
Namirasoft Job Arranger operates in conjunction with Namirasoft Account and adheres to the terms set forth in the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service. By using this product, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Namirasoft Account Terms of Service, which are designed to ensure a secure and efficient experience, as well. Account Registration
You must be registered in Namirasoft Account to access and use Namirasoft Job Arranger. You can create or log into your account via Namirasoft Account. This account is necessary to manage all your products and services
By registering, you agree to comply with Namirasoft Account Terms of Service.

Extension Usage
Namirasoft Job Arranger extension is only intended for personal use to assist with job search and application management on popular job search platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Bank, etc. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the extension, as listed below, is prohibited:
- Using the extension for any illegal activities or purposes.
- Modifying, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the extension.
- Commercial use, sharing or distributing the extension without prior authorization.
- Using the extension to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Engaging in any activity that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Namirasoft Job Arranger, you agree to the following responsibilities. Failure to comply may result in restrictions or actions against your account:
- Personal Use Only: Use the service, including its extension and associated products, strictly for personal purposes, avoiding any misuse or unauthorized activities as outlined in the “Extension Usage” section.
- Respect for Privacy: Protect the privacy and confidentiality of others by not sharing or disclosing personal or sensitive information without proper authorization.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service while using the platform.
- System Integrity: Avoid any actions that disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or its associated services.
- Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify Namirasoft immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
- Accurate Job Information: Provide truthful and accurate information when adding or managing jobs, avoiding any misleading or false details.
- Prohibited Content: Do not add jobs containing inappropriate, illegal, or unethical content.
- Fair Use: Use the service responsibly, within reasonable usage patterns, and avoid creating multiple accounts or using automated methods to bypass the account limitations.
- Respect for Customization Features: Use customization options appropriately, ensuring that custom reasons in the paid version are relevant and ethical.
- Payment Compliance: Pay for upgrades or offers promptly and avoid fraudulent payment activities.
- No Unauthorized Access: Avoid attempting to access or manipulate other users’ job data or the platform’s backend systems.
Actions Taken for Terms Violation
At Namirasoft, we take violations of our Terms of Service seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, the following actions may be taken:
- Issuing a Warning: Upon detecting a violation, we will notify the user. The notification will specify the violated term and provide clear instructions for corrective actions.
- Temporary Feature Restrictions: If the violation continues or is deemed moderate, we may temporarily restrict access to specific features, such as: instant job creation beyond the free limit or custom reason addition (for paid accounts).
Users will receive notification explaining the restriction and what steps are required to regain full access. - Account Suspension: For repeated or severe violations, the user’s account may be suspended. During suspension, users will lose access to all Job Arranger features.
The user will be informed of the suspension and provided with a process to appeal or rectify the violation. - Permanent Account Ban: For major violations, such as fraudulent activities, malicious behavior, or repeated abuse despite warnings, the user’s account will be permanently banned.
Users will receive a final notification explaining the reason for the ban. - Content Removal: Non-compliant job entries or inappropriate custom reasons will be removed from the platform without prior notice.
Users will be informed about the removal and its reason. - Reporting to Authorities (if applicable): If the violation involves illegal activities or significant security threats, Namirasoft will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
- Payment Recovery Actions: In cases of fraudulent or unpaid payments, Namirasoft may initiate steps to recover the funds. This could include contacting the user directly or involving third-party recovery services.
Age Restrictions
Our Terms of Service prohibit individuals under 18 years old from using the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use our products or services or provide any personal information to us. By using our products or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account and is using our products or services, we will terminate the account and delete any personal or non-personal information associated with it. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 18, please contact us immediately at accounts@namirasoft.com.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Namirasoft Job Arranger, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and any associated materials, belong to Namira Software Corporation or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the product without prior written permission from Namira Software Corporation. Any unauthorized use or infringement of the mentioned intellectual property rights may result in legal consequences.
Intellectual Property Rights and Infringement Claims
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Namirasoft Job Arranger to do the same. If a user believes that the product has infringed upon their intellectual property rights or if they are authorized on behalf of someone else to assert such a claim, they may submit a written notification to us with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
- Sufficient evidence to support the claim.
- Contact information of the claimant, including their name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the claimant has a good faith belief that the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that the claimant is the copyright or trademark owner or is authorized to act on their behalf.
We will review the infringement claim and may take appropriate actions, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material, to the extent required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
The Job Arranger Extension is provided on an “as is” basis. Namira Software Corporation disclaims any liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Namira Software Corporation shall not be held responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of any job listings or other external content accessed through the extension. Users acknowledge that they access and use such content at their own risk.
Namira Software Corporation does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or uninterrupted operation of the product. While we strive to provide a reliable and secure service, we cannot guarantee that the product will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Users agree that any reliance on the product is at their own discretion and risk. They are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from their use of the product.
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Namirasoft Job Arranger, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice or liability to users.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time with or without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and will apply to the use of the Service.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms of Service, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
