1. What is Namirasoft Inference?

Namirasoft Inference is where you choose the AI models you want to use and connect model providers, so those models can be used by supported Namirasoft applications such as Namirasoft Expert.

2. How does Namirasoft Inference work with other Namirasoft applications?

You configure your models, providers, and limits once in Namirasoft Inference. Your Namirasoft applications then use that configuration whenever they need to access an AI model.

3. Which AI models are supported?

Supported models include Claude, ChatGPT, and DeepSeek, as well as Namirasoft Squirrel, Namirasoft's own model. Available models are shown in the console.

4. Do I need my own provider account?

No. You can use models through Namirasoft with no provider account to manage, or connect your own provider account if you prefer. Namirasoft Squirrel is available exclusively through Namirasoft.

5. Is there a free option?

Yes. Namirasoft Squirrel includes 50,000 tokens per day at no cost, with no credit card required.

6. Does Namirasoft Inference store the content I send to models?

No. The content submitted to models is processed by the supported Namirasoft applications and the applicable model providers under their own policies, not by Namirasoft Inference. See the Privacy Policy for details.

1. How do I add an AI model?

You create a model by choosing a provider, selecting a model, and giving it a name. It then becomes available across your Namirasoft applications.

2. What is the difference between Namirasoft-Provided Access and Your Provider Account?

With Namirasoft-Provided Access, Namirasoft connects you to the model with no setup. With Your Provider Account, you add your own API key and the provider bills you directly. See Pricing for how each option is charged.

3. Can I control how much a model spends?

Yes. Every model can have spending limits per run, per chat, per day, per week, and per month, so usage always stays within budget.

4. What usage can I see?

You can see input and output tokens, the underlying cost, and the amount paid, broken down by day, week, month, and all time.

5. Where can I use a model after I configure it?

A configured model is available across Namirasoft applications, such as Namirasoft Expert.

6. Can I run more than one model?

Yes. You can configure as many models as you need, each with its own connection, spending limits, and usage tracking.

1. Do I need a credit card to start using AI models?

It depends. A credit card is not required when using Namirasoft Squirrel within the daily limit shown in Namirasoft Squirrel Pricing. Third party AI models require either Namirasoft-Provided Access or Your Provider Account.

2. What happens when I reach the Namirasoft Squirrel daily limit?

If you have not added a payment method, a message will indicate that the daily limit has been reached and additional usage will not be available until the limit resets. If a payment method has already been added, usage above the daily limit will be billed according to the rates shown in Namirasoft Squirrel Pricing.

3. How do I choose the right AI model?

Different AI models are designed for different types of tasks. Some models prioritize reasoning and analysis, some focus on content generation, while others are optimized for speed or lower cost. Choose the model that best fits your requirements and intended use.

4. Which access option should I choose for third party AI models?

Choose Namirasoft-Provided Access if you want Namirasoft to provide and manage access to supported third party AI models. Choose Your Provider Account if you already have provider accounts and want to use your existing API keys through Namirasoft applications. For setup instructions, see How It Works.

5. Can I control how much I spend on AI models?

Yes. Applications that support AI cost controls allow you to define maximum AI costs per session, chat, day, or week. When a configured limit is reached, additional AI usage is restricted according to the configured settings.

6. What does the Namirasoft fee cover?

The Namirasoft fee covers the services that make AI models usable within supported Namirasoft applications. This includes model integration, configuration management, model flexibility, AI cost controls, and the operation of supporting services used by applications such as Namirasoft Expert.

7. When am I charged for AI usage?

Monthly. Charges are calculated based on the AI usage generated during the billing period.

8. Am I charged only for what I use?

Yes. Charges are based on actual usage according to the AI models and access options you choose.

9. Can I switch between AI models?

Yes. Supported AI models can be changed according to your requirements and the capabilities offered by each model.
