From setting up your organization to recording accounting transactions and running financial reports, this guide walks through the main workflow of Namirasoft ERP.

Step 1: Create a Namirasoft Account and Visit the Console

Create Your Account and Open the Console

Get into Namirasoft ERP and see what is available before you set anything up.

Step 2: Define Your Organization

Set Up Your Company Structure

Start by setting up the structure your books live in. Everything you record belongs to it.

  • Create your Company
  • Add its Branches
  • Open your Fiscal Year

From then on, every record you create, such as a journal entry or a service, is scoped to the company and branch you choose.

Step 3: Set Your Currencies and Exchange Rates

Work in Any Currency

Add the currencies you trade in and the rates between them.

  • Add each currency you use
  • Set the exchange rates between them
  • Post in any currency and consolidate to your base currency

Step 4: Record Your Journal Entries

The Heart of Your Books

This is what you do day to day, and everything else supports it.

  • Create a new Journal Entry
  • Add its lines, keeping debits equal to credits
  • Point each line to an account, a party, and a currency

Step 5: Manage Your Fleet

Track Vehicles and Maintenance

Keep your vehicles and their upkeep in the same place as your books.

  • Register your vehicles
  • Log fuel and service records
  • Set maintenance plans that alert you before service is due

Step 6: View Your Reports

Read Your Financial Picture

Your statements build themselves from your entries.

  • Open your General Ledger
  • View your Balance Sheet
  • See everything consolidated to your base currency

Set up your books in minutes.

How It Works FAQs

Common questions about setting up and using Namirasoft ERP.

1. Do I need accounting experience to use Namirasoft ERP?

A basic understanding of debits and credits helps, since Namirasoft ERP is a double entry system. Once your Chart of Accounts is set up, daily work is simply recording balanced journal entries.

2. Can I manage more than one company or branch?

Yes. Every record is scoped by company and branch, so you can keep the books for several companies at once, each with its own base currency.

3. Can I keep my books in more than one currency?

Yes. You post each entry in its own currency at a dated exchange rate, and your statements consolidate to your base currency automatically.

4. How are my financial statements generated?

Your General Ledger and Balance Sheet are built automatically from your entries, so they stay current.

5. Is the fleet module connected to my accounts?

No. The fleet module tracks vehicles, fuel, and maintenance as a separate tool. It does not post costs to your ledger.

6. How do maintenance alerts work?

A maintenance plan triggers every set distance or time. When a service is due or overdue, Namirasoft ERP alerts you through Namirasoft Notification Sender.

7. Can I close and reopen a fiscal year?

Yes. You open a fiscal year to begin posting and close it when the period ends. Opening and closing entries are handled for you.

8. Can I edit or delete records I have already entered?

Yes. Go to the section you want and open its List. From there you can edit, delete, and manage your records.
