Service Console Guide
This page provides a complete guide to the Service section of the Namirasoft ERP Console. A service records a piece of maintenance or repair that was carried out on a vehicle. This guide explains each field on the Service form.
What Is a Service?
A service is a record of completed work on a vehicle, such as an oil change or a repair, with the date it was done. It is the counterpart to a maintenance plan: the plan says when work is due, and the service records that it happened.
Why Service Records Matter
A full service history shows how well a vehicle has been looked after, supports warranty and resale, and confirms that scheduled maintenance was actually performed. It is the evidence behind your fleet’s upkeep.
How Namirasoft ERP Handles Services
You record a service against a vehicle and a service type, with the date it was carried out and an optional odometer reading. These records build each vehicle’s maintenance history and confirm the work behind its plans.
Overview of Service Fields and Options
