1. Namirasoft Account and Other Namirasoft Services 

Namirasoft Email Sender operates as part of the Namirasoft ecosystem and is directly linked to Namirasoft Account, which manages authentication and access across all Namirasoft applications.

When you register or log in through Namirasoft Account, your credentials are securely used to access Namirasoft Email Sender and other Namirasoft services. All account-related information is governed by the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

If Namirasoft Email Sender is integrated with another Namirasoft service, such as Namirasoft Notification Sender, information transmitted between the services is first handled under the privacy policy of the initiating service. Once the data reaches Namirasoft Email Sender, it is then processed under this Privacy Policy.

If the Service is connected to a third-party application (for example, via API or plugin), the data exchange between that external system and Namirasoft Email Sender is governed by the privacy policy of the third-party service until it reaches Namirasoft systems. After receipt, the information is managed according to this Privacy Policy.

• Email Addresses: The sender and recipient email addresses you provide when composing or sending emails.

3. How We Use Information

7. Suspension, Termination, and Data Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete all associated data, you must request account deletion through your Namirasoft Account console. Upon approval, Namirasoft will permanently remove your data in accordance with the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

If your Namirasoft Account is deleted, data retention and deletion are handled under the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy. However, data specifically processed within Namirasoft Email Sender, such as email content or provider configurations, are governed by this Privacy Policy.

8. Service Limitations and External Dependencies

Namirasoft Email Sender is designed for reliable and secure message delivery. However, message transmission may depend on external factors, including third-party APIs (such as Gmail or AWS), internet connectivity, and user configuration.

Namirasoft is not responsible for delivery failures, errors, or service interruptions caused by incorrect configurations, invalid credentials, external service outages, or any other issue beyond Namirasoft’s control. Users are responsible for monitoring delivery reports within the console to verify message status and outcomes.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

Namirasoft may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When updates occur, we will notify users through the Service website and/or via email.

If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Privacy Policy are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
