Create and Send reusable content templates efficiently
Build templates once, provide parameter values, and send consistent messages across different channels. Namirasoft Content Template helps you keep your communication organized and efficient.
Follow the steps below to create, generate, and deliver content smoothly.
Step 1: Create a Namirasoft Account
Create a Namirasoft Account to start using Namirasoft Content Template. Your account gives you access to the Content Template Console, and other Namirasoft products from one centralized place.

Step 2: Create a Template
Open the Create Template section in the Content Template Console and complete the following steps:

Enter a name for the template

Choose the content type that matches your use case

Write the main content of the template
Step 3: Define Parameters
Define the variable parts of your template by creating parameters:

Choose a name for each parameter

Set a default value if needed
-
Select the parameter type to control validation

Mark the parameter as required when a value must always be provided
Additional options such as valid values, invalid values, and placeholders are available for further control and can be configured from the parameter options menu.
Step 4 (Optional): Preview the Output
Before sending the content, users can review how the template and parameters work together.

Click the Show Result icon

Retrieve the generated content

Update the output value if adjustments are needed

Check for missing or invalid parameter values before sending
This step is optional and helps ensure the content is ready to be shared through Email or SMS.
Step 5: Save the Template and Open Make & Send
After configuring the template and parameters, users finalize the setup and move to sending.

Click Make & Send to open the sending flow
Step 6: Select the Template
In the Make & Send section, users prepare the content for delivery.

Enter values for the parameters defined when the template was created
These parameters replace placeholders in the template and generate the final content.
Step 7: Choose How to Send the Content
Select how the content should be delivered and provide the required sender and recipient details.

Choose Email or SMS as the delivery method

Select an existing Email Sender or SMS Sender

Click the + icon to create a sender provider if you do not already have one.

Enter the recipient information required for the selected channel

No, technical skills are not required. You can follow the instructions on the How It Works page to set up templates, define parameters, and send messages.
3. How can I send content?
Currently, Email and SMS are supported for sending content. SMS sending will be available through the Namirasoft Notification Sender.
4. How do I provide values for template parameters?
When you select a template in the console, the system displays all parameters you defined while creating that template. Enter the values in the fields provided before sending the content.
5. How do I create an Email Sender or SMS Sender provider?
Click the + icon in the console to create a sender provider. For detailed guidance, visit the Namirasoft Email Sender or Namirasoft SMS Sender How It Works pages.
6. How can I get support or assistance?
If you are a Namirasoft user, visit Support and submit a ticket for faster assistance. Non-users are welcome to contact us via this form.
7. Can I preview the content before sending?
Yes, click the Show Result icon in the console to generate the output. You can review the content, check parameters, and ensure the message is ready before sending.
