1. What is Namirasoft Content Template?

Namirasoft Content Template is a tool for creating reusable content templates that combine fixed content with user-defined parameters. It allows you to prepare messages once and send them consistently across supported channels.

2. Do I need technical skills to use Content Template?

No, technical skills are not required. You can follow the instructions on the How It Works page to set up templates, define parameters, and send messages.

3. How can I send content?

Currently, Email and SMS are supported for sending content. SMS sending will be available through the Namirasoft Notification Sender.

4. How do I provide values for template parameters?

When you select a template in the console, the system displays all parameters you defined while creating that template. Enter the values in the fields provided before sending the content.

5. How do I create an Email Sender or SMS Sender provider?

Click the + icon in the console to create a sender provider. For detailed guidance, visit the Namirasoft Email Sender or Namirasoft SMS Sender How It Works pages.

6. How can I get support or assistance?

If you are a Namirasoft user, visit Support and submit a ticket for faster assistance. Non-users are welcome to contact us via this form.

7. Can I preview the content before sending?

Yes, click the Show Result icon in the console to generate the output. You can review the content, check parameters, and ensure the message is ready before sending.
