1. How does Bill Watch pricing work?
After your free 7-day trial, you’re charged based on your actual usage time. You only pay for the hours Bill Watch actively monitors your costs.
2. Can I control when Bill Watch is actively monitoring?
Yes! You can switch between Active and Inactive modes at any time. When you set monitoring Inactive, you won't be charged! This gives you full flexibility to adjust based on your needs, even for specific periods of the day.
3. When will I be charged?
You’re charged at the end of each month based on your total usage. We’ll send you a summary before processing the payment.
4. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime through your Namirasoft Account. You’ll only be billed for the usage up to the cancellation moment without penalties or hidden fees.
5. What happens after my trial ends?
Once your 7-day free trial ends, paid usage will automatically begin without interruption. We'll notify you when the trial ends, and your billing will start based on your active/inactive hours.
6. Is there a minimum / maximum charge?
No minimums. You’re only billed for what you actually use, even if it’s just a few hours in a month. However, You’ll always know the upper limit, which is USD 21/month per platform.
