Namirasoft Workspace (“the Service”) is operated by Namira Software Corporation (“Namirasoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal information when you use our services.

 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you access or interact with Namirasoft Workspace.

 

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Namirasoft Account and Other Namirasoft Services 

Namirasoft Workspace operates in conjunction with the Namirasoft Account, which manages user authentication across all Namirasoft products. Your Workspace data is linked to your Namirasoft Account, and all account-related data is handled in accordance with the Namirasoft Account Privacy Policy.

 

Other Namirasoft applications you may access through your Workspace are governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Each application may collect and process specific data required for its functionality.

2. Information We Collect

Namirasoft Workspace collects only the information necessary to operate and maintain your Workspace environment effectively. This may include:

 

  • Account information: Your Namirasoft Account identifier and authentication details.

  • Workspace information: Workspace name, description, tags, and associated configurations.

  • Usage information: Non-personal technical data used for system operations and performance monitoring (e.g., logs, request metadata).

 

Namirasoft Workspace does not collect or store user-generated files or application data created within other Namirasoft products.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely to:

 

  • Provide and maintain Workspace functionality.

  • Manage workspace configuration and user access.

  • Improve service reliability, performance, and user experience.

  • Ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.

 

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Protection and Security

Namirasoft implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to system data is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by internal confidentiality and data-handling policies.

 

Namirasoft continuously monitors and enhances its infrastructure to maintain strong security and service reliability.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Workspace and related configuration data remain active as long as your Namirasoft Account is active. You can remove additional workspaces from within the Workspace Console; however, one default workspace will always remain linked to your account.

 

To permanently delete all account-related data, including Workspace information, you must request deletion of your Namirasoft Account through the Namirasoft Account console. Once the request is verified, the account and all associated data will be securely removed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. International Data Processing

Namirasoft may process and store information in data centers located outside your country of residence. Regardless of where processing occurs, we maintain the same level of protection and confidentiality standards globally.

 

All legal matters arising from or related to this Privacy Policy shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

Namirasoft may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When updates occur, we will notify users through the Service interface and/or via email.

 

Continued use of Namirasoft Workspace after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
