Subscription Console Guide
This page provides a complete guide to using the Subscription section of the Namirasoft Payment Console. It explains how to view, understand and manage Subscriptions, which represent active or past subscriptions to Namirasoft paid products. Subscriptions allow users and administrators to track the status, offers, and billing-related details for each product.
What Is a Subscription?
A Subscription is a record of a user’s commitment to a Namirasoft paid product, linked to a specific offer and plan. Each Subscription contains information about the product, the selected offer, the payment gateway, and its current status. Subscriptions make it possible to monitor and manage recurring billing, trial periods, and active usage across Namirasoft applications.
Subscriptions may include ecosystem-level or product-specific offers and provide a structured way to follow the lifecycle of a user’s engagement with Namirasoft paid services.
Why Subscriptions Matter
Subscriptions centralize the tracking of paid products, making it easy to stay informed about active and expired plans. By monitoring subscriptions, you can ensure billing is correct, verify which plans are in use, and confirm that email notifications and trial periods are applied properly.
This clarity reduces confusion, prevents missed payments, and gives users and administrators confidence in the status of all Namirasoft paid products.
How Namirasoft Payment Uses Subscriptions
Subscriptions are linked to invoices and payments, allowing the system to associate financial activity with each user’s product plan. They also determine which automatic email notifications are sent for billing events, keeping users informed in real time.
The setup ensures that whether you are managing one subscription or multiple subscriptions across products, you have a clear, consolidated view of all active, canceled, or expired subscriptions.
