Job Console Guide

This page is your complete guide to the Job entity in the Job Arranger Console. It explains every field and option you work with when you create, update, and manage job opportunities, so you always know exactly what each setting does.

What Is the Job List?

The Job List represents the job opportunities you store and manage inside Namirasoft Job Arranger. Each job opportunity holds structured details, from the platform it came from and the company offering it to the role, the location, the salary range, and its current status.

You can add jobs manually in the Job Arranger Console or capture them straight from supported job platforms with the Job Arranger Chrome Extension. Once a job is added, it stays in the console, where you can review, update, and organize it at any time.

The Challenge Job Arranger Solves

A job search usually means juggling many applications across several platforms, where every job detail, each application status, and your overall progress can quickly become hard to manage.

Namirasoft Job Arranger brings all of your job opportunities together in one place and records them in a single, consistent format, so your entire job search stays clear and organized from the first application to the final offer.

Overview of Job Fields and Options

Below is a clear explanation of every field and option you work with when you create or manage a job in the console.

  • User ID (String): This identifier belongs to the user who owns the job record, and it links each job to your Namirasoft Account so your data stays private to your own account.

  • Workspace ID (String): Every job is tied to a Namirasoft Workspace through this value, which keeps separate searches or projects neatly organized under a single workspace.

  • ID (String): Namirasoft Job Arranger assigns this unique identifier to a job the moment it is created, and the system relies on it to reference and manage that job across the platform.

  • Name (String): This is the title of the position offered by the employer, and it identifies the role so you can tell similar opportunities apart at the same company or platform.

  • Company (String): The organization offering the position appears here, and Namirasoft Job Arranger groups your jobs by company so every opportunity from the same employer sits together in one place.

  • Platform (Enum): This is the job board the opportunity came from, and it lets you sort your jobs by source and filter or report across the platforms you use, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Monster, and Job Bank.

  • Status (Enum): This reflects the current stage of a job in your search, giving you a clear view of your progress so you always know where each opportunity stands.

  • URL (String): This is the web address of the original job posting, and it takes you straight back to the source listing whenever you want to review the full details or any updates from the employer.

  • Location (String): The geographic place tied to the position is stored here, exactly as it appears in the original job posting.

  • Remote (String): This describes the work arrangement for the role, reflecting the way the employer has chosen to define it.

  • Min (Number): This holds the lower end of the salary or compensation range whenever the job posting includes one.

  • Max (Number): This holds the upper end of the salary or compensation range, and together with Min it captures the full range for the opportunity.

  • Reason (Enum): This is the explanation linked to a job’s selected status, adding the context that helps you understand why that status was assigned.

For more information, visit the Reason Guide.

  • Reason ID (String): This is the unique identifier of the Reason linked to a job, connecting it to the specific Reason record that explains or categorizes its status.

  • SID (String): Namirasoft Job Arranger uses this system identifier internally to track and synchronize job records, working quietly in the background to keep everything in sync across the platform.

  • Created At (DateTime): This is the exact date and time a job was first added to the system, set automatically and kept the same afterward.

  • Updated At (DateTime): This is the most recent date and time a job was modified, and it refreshes automatically each time you change any of its fields.
