Organize and Manage with Namirasoft Workspace
Namirasoft Workspace helps you manage multiple projects, teams, and companies from a single account. Learn how to create and manage your workspaces to organize projects, teams, and companies efficiently.
Step 1: Create a Namirasoft Account
Sign up quickly to join the Namirasoft ecosystem. This Namirasoft Account gives you access to all Namirasoft apps including Workspace. All users receive a default workspace automatically, so you can start organizing projects, teams, and companies right away.
Note: If you want to add more workspaces or create a new one, follow the instructions in the steps below.
Create a Namirasoft Account
Step 2: Create a Workspace
Go to the Namirasoft Workspace console and click Create a Workspace. This is where you can create a new workspace to organize projects, teams, or companies.
Step 3: Name and Describe Your Workspace
Choose a name and optionally add a description. You can also assign tags to categorize your workspace. Click Apply to create it.
Step 4: Switch Between Workspaces
Use the workspace switcher at the top right to easily switch between different workspaces.
Note: If you manage multiple workspaces, ensure you are in the correct workspace before changing configurations for any apps.

1. How many workspaces can I create with a Namirasoft Account?

3. Are there any apps that work or function independently from Workspace?
Yes. Namirasoft Payment and Namirasoft Support operate independently of workspaces and are linked only to your Namirasoft Account.

Yes. You can assign roles and manage tasks within a shared workspace for teams or employees.
5. Can I rename or tag a workspace after it has been created?
Yes. You can rename your workspace or add tags at any time to organize your work better.
