2: Do I need a Namirasoft Account to use SMS Sender?

Yes. A Namirasoft Account is required to access Namirasoft SMS Sender Console, manage providers, and send messages. Creating an account also provides access to other Namirasoft messaging tools.

3: Do I need to set up a provider to send messages?

Yes. A provider connects Namirasoft SMS Sender to your SMS delivery service (currently AWS). Setting up a provider is required before sending any messages manually or via automated workflows.

4: Is it necessary to verify my phone number?

Yes. Verification confirms that the phone number linked to your provider is active and owned by you. Without verification, messages and alerts cannot be sent or received using that provider.

5: How can I send messages manually?

Open the Send section in the SMS Sender Console, select a verified provider, type your message, and click Send. Each message is logged and can be reviewed later in the Report section.

6: Can I automate message delivery through my workflow?

Yes. Connect Namirasoft SMS Sender with Namirasoft Notification Sender and configure Topics and Subscribers. Alerts from Namirasoft apps or your own systems are then automatically forwarded as SMS messages.

Every message sent manually or via automated workflows is logged in the Report section of the console. You can view details such as the provider, phone number, message content, timestamps, and delivery results.
