- You reach 80% of your free monthly storage or read allowance
- You create your fifth Log Group
- Your usage exceeds the free tier
These messages give you time to review your options before any interruption occurs. If your usage exceeds the free tier, logging will pause and you’ll be notified again with clear steps to continue.

1. How is my log usage measured?
Your usage is based on the amount of data stored and read. Logs in storage are measured in gigabyte per hour. Log reads are calculated by the number of gigabytes transferred.
2. What happens when I exceed the free tier?
You will receive an email as you approach the free tier limit. Once the free tier is fully used, logging will pause until you upgrade. Paid usage will begin as soon as the upgrade is applied.
3. Does the free tier reset?
Yes. It resets automatically at the beginning of each month.
4. How do I upgrade to the paid version?
You can upgrade your plan through Namirasoft Payment.
5. Are logs from Namirasoft apps treated the same as logs from my own systems?
Yes. All logs are counted equally under the same pricing model, whether they come from Namirasoft apps or your own systems using the API.
