Send Console Guide

This page provides a complete guide to using the Send section of the Namirasoft Email Sender Console. It explains what the Send section is, why it matters, and how to manage all message-sending activities. Use this guide to understand each field, compose manual emails, and monitor delivery effectively within the Namirasoft ecosystem.

What Is the Send Section?

The Send section allows users to compose and send manual messages via the verified providers they have configured. It is the interface for directly delivering emails to intended recipients and provides a clear view of message status and delivery reports.

While system-generated alerts are sent automatically through the connected providers, the Send section empowers users to send manual messages on-demand.

Why Send Section Management Matters

Proper management of the Send section ensures messages are sent efficiently and reach their recipients without errors. Understanding how to select providers, compose messages, and review delivery reports prevents mistakes and improves communication workflow.

How Namirasoft Email Sender Organizes Message Sending

The Send section acts as the operational interface for email delivery. When using Send, you can:

  • Choose the provider through which the email will be sent

  • Compose messages

  • Track each message’s status, including success, failure, or pending delivery

This structure ensures that all manual messages are logged, traceable, and sent using verified credentials, maintaining workflow reliability.

Note: Messages sent manually must use verified providers such as Gmail, AWS, or SMTP. The Namirasoft provider is only for automated system-generated alerts.

Overview of Send Fields and Options

The sections below explain each field and option within the Send entity. Understanding these terms will help you compose and deliver messages:

  • ID (string): The ID is a unique identifier automatically generated for each message record. It ensures that each message can be referenced individually within the system.

  • User ID (String): The User ID indicates which Namirasoft Account initiated the message. This allows tracking of message ownership and helps distinguish activity across different users.

  • Session ID (String): The Session ID represents the session in which the message was sent. It helps link multiple messages that may have been sent together during the same session or workflow.

  • Workspace ID (String): The Workspace ID identifies the workspace to which the message belongs. This ensures that message tracking remains isolated across different work environments.

  • Provider (Enum): The Provider field specifies which email provider will be used to send the message. The selected provider must be created and verified beforehand in the Provider section of the console. For more information, please visit Provider Console Guide.

  • Email (String): The Email field defines the recipient’s email address. It must contain a valid and properly formatted address, as the system will attempt to deliver the message to this exact destination.

  • Title (String): The Title field specifies the subject line of the email. This appears in the recipient’s inbox as the main topic of the message and should clearly represent the content of the email.

  • Message (string): The Message field contains the body text of the email. Users can enter plain text or formatted content, depending on the provider’s capabilities. The message should include all essential information to be communicated to the recipient.

  • Successful (Yes/No): The Successful indicates whether the message was successfully delivered. A value of Yes means the delivery completed without issue, while No indicates that the delivery failed.

  • Result (String): The Result field provides additional information about the delivery outcome. If the message was successful, the field displays “Successful.” If the delivery failed, this field explains the reason.

  • Created At (DateTime): The Created At field records the exact date and time when the message was created in the system. It marks when the send action was first initiated.

  • Sent At (DateTime): The Sent At field records the exact time the system attempted to send or successfully sent the message. Comparing this with Created At helps determine any delay between message creation and delivery.
