Session Console Guide
This page provides a complete guide to using the Session section of the Namirasoft Account Console. It clarifies how sessions are created and tracked, helping users and administrators understand active account access and activity.
What Is a Session?
A Session represents a single login or access instance of a Namirasoft Account. It captures details about where, when, and how your account was accessed, including information about the device, location, and operating system.
Why Sessions Matter
Sessions allow you to monitor account activity and identify unusual access patterns. This ensures transparency in your account usage and supports secure access to Namirasoft products.
Overview of Session Fields and Options
This section describes the fields you’ll encounter when viewing a Session in the Console:
-
Session ID (String): This is the unique identifier assigned to each session created within Namirasoft. It ensures every active or past session can be tracked individually. This value is generated automatically by the system and cannot be changed.
-
User ID (String): This is the identifier of the account owner who started the session. It directly links the session to a specific Namirasoft user profile. This value is automatically filled by the system when the session is created.
-
Service Name (String): This is the name of the Namirasoft service where the session was initiated. This helps you identify which part of the ecosystem the session belongs to.
-
OS (String): This is the name and version of the operating system used for the session. It helps you identify whether the user accessed their account from Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, or another platform.
-
IP (Integer): This is the public Internet Protocol address from which the session originated. It allows you to verify if a login attempt came from an expected network or location. For security monitoring, this can help detect suspicious activity or unauthorized access attempts.
-
Continent (String): This is the continent where the session originated, determined by geolocation lookup of the IP address. It provides a high-level geographic context for the session, which can be useful for global activity analysis.
-
Country (String): This is the specific country where the session originated, based on IP geolocation. It enables you to confirm if the login activity matches the user’s known location or expected travel patterns.
- City (String): This is the city associated with the session’s IP address. It offers more precise location context to help verify legitimate activity or investigate anomalies in session records.
-
Created At (DateTime): This is the exact date and time when the session was initiated.
-
Updated At (DateTime): This is the most recent date and time when the session record was updated.
